    I use it to cook porridge yams or Jollof as I learnt from my mum. I never knew one can eat it directly after making it😮😮😮. I can't wait to taste it

    A bit of bone broth also helps make stock tastier. Even if it’s just a case of adding some bone (ditto for feet, except maybe cow) to stock you get with meat and taking them out. It’s another way to get ultimate taste for whatever you want to cook with stock.
    Roasting the bones in the oven and when it fits adding tomato paste to the bone also helps.

    I'm making mine this weekend. I'm substituting scent leaf for basil (curry leaves) as I find the flavour overpowering. Thank you for this recipe Flo.

    Absolutely helpful. Thank you so much.
    The bones can be gotten when you go to the farm for meats. Haven't seen bones in the regular store.
    I don't joke with chicken feet. My children will be making jest of me asking why I love it.

      Yes, only available in abattoirs or open meat markets.
      😄😄😄 that my tiny laugh was because I remembered how my kids laugh at me and chicken feet. But I did not eat these ones because after cooking for hours, they tasteless.

    I miss my slow-cooker for making these broths.... Normally in Winter, broth is a good start off for soups. Loved the way you pack them. How much do you take per day?

    • @FloChinyere
      @FloChinyere  4 місяці тому

      A winter morning is glorious with a warm broth. I drink that quantity in the white mug in the morning of the day I'll drink it. This thing can set off a huge appetite so I don't take too much.

    But chicken is funny oo of all the place it can have collagen it’s feet that I don’t even eat na where the collagen go dey 😂😂😂 I always follow the video and I get exact same product so those people need to keep quiet 😂

    • @FloChinyere
      @FloChinyere  4 місяці тому

      😄😅😄 the same goes for cow foot. lots of collagen there because foot is bony. The good thing about extracting the collagen this way is that you don't need to eat the feet afterwards because they are actually tasteless as everything has been extracted after long hours of cooking.
      My brother, I'm often being accused of adding otumokpo 😂 including in the caked egusi method that i have been sharing here for 10 years.

    • @ebuka5
      @ebuka5 4 місяці тому

      @@FloChinyere lol these people which kind otumokpo again 😂😂 when I followed this UA-cam I couldn’t boil water now I’m a chef they should follow the recipe well they will get the results
