Would it work to flip the painting upside down to work on the reflection; or would that cause too much difficulty? Just curious. Amazing painting sir!
Sometimes it’s actually helpful to work on something upside down, such as the reflection. It forces the brain to forget about what you are painting and focus more on the shapes that compose the image. Have you ever tried to draw something inverted?
@@GalleryBry Yes Bry, but I must admit I do it digitally in Photoshop or in Procreate on my iPad. I have been an artist most of my life (54 now) but digital painting has been the past 15 years easily; and flipping the canvas in digital is either a copy and paste trick or pretty easy to utilize the digital tools for it. I just didn’t know if turning the physical canvas over would be helpful in the tangible sense; mainly because I had a stroke 3 years ago and I can’t really do any art except digital painting. Thank you for your help and reply!
