From the crypt-lined alleys of a forgotten town nestled deep within the frosty German countryside emerges THIRSTY ZOMBIE, a classic heavy metal band unlike any other. Shrouded in mystery, these teutonic terrors refuse to be interviewed or photographed, letting their music - and their undead appetites - do the talking. Their debut album, the gloriously absurd "Dead but still...DRUNK!!," is a head-banging testament to their unique blend of classic metal riffs and, well, a serious thirst problem.
Forget your typical corpse-painted legions - THIRSTY ZOMBIE injects a hefty dose of humor into their trve metal assault. While the details on the band members themselves are as scarce as a full beer stein at Oktoberfest, their music leaves no doubt about their love for all things metal and their insatiable craving for, well, something a little stronger.
"Dead but still...DRUNK!!" isn't an album seeking critical acclaim or mainstream success. It's a raucous party fueled by fuzzed-out guitars, pounding drums, and vocals that sound like a banshee with a serious case of hiccups.
