The optimal word for this hive removal, brutal. What started out as a simple hive removal from a wall, turned into the most difficult removal I've done this year. Also, with the amount of bees we vacuumed, and the trouble I had with the queens, that's correct, queens, as in plural one this one, will require at least multiple videos, and I hope you will check those out in the up coming weeks. But for now, sit back and enjoy the outcome of this removal. Thanks for watching. God's peace to all. Mr. Ed
There are a few occasions when these kinds of videos are so impressive, but this is one of them! You could have walked out on this 500 times. You could have taken off into the air conditioning and left some of those bees to die. You could have not done a thorough job and just throwing away the parts that were tough. But you did not! You protected the bees you protected the property you protected each other and having watched your video I wanted to thank you. I want you to know that your diligence in your care with gods little creatures was noticed by at least one person. Thank you.
Thank you so much for your kind words, appreciation of our efforts, and for taking the time to watch the video. Until the next one, God's peace.
Mr. Ed
Respect to you two. Above your head tight space cutout. Man. Those arms must be sore after this one. Great job. As always. God bless.
Everything was tired after this removal, arms, legs, back, and neck. Heck it took 3 days to recover from the beating. Thank you for your blessings and for watching. God's peace Evan.
Mr. Ed
I guess you know just how rough it was when Good Time Charlie decides to skip lunch and go straight for a nap lol. The heat can be truly brutal and those pipes made it even more difficult. Amazing that you got it all and left it so neat and clean ❤💯
These two old time bee wranglers both took a beating on this one, but at least the bees came out just fine. Thanks for watching, and I hope you will check out more of my bee wrangling/ bee rescues adventures and let me know what you think of them. By the way, I post a new video every Friday morning, and I look forward to hearing from you again soon. God's peace Dawn.
Mr. Ed
● Starts the video with Mr Ed's chooms laughing with him like as if he wet himself (despite that he clearly didn't despite the lack of context.)
I can tell you and your friends are awesome people to be around with. 😂
This is why I love your content so much, tbh. I get to see bees being saved while people are having a hoot, too.
I told Charlie to film that bit as a joke. I had just dropped a chunk of honey comb and it went down from my waste to my knee oozing honey the entire length. I had to use water to clean it up before the bees started attacking me to get to the honey, and it looked just like I wet myself. Anyway, there's nothing wrong with laughing at yourself, especially since I found it so comical. Happy to hear you enjoyed the video, thanks so much for taking the time to watch it. Until the next one, God's peace
Y’all do an awesome job and I know it is not easy! Thank the Lord for patient people like you!❤️
Thank you very much for your blessings, kind words, and for taking the time to watch the video. Also, I hope you will check out more of my bee wrangling/ bee rescues adventures and let me know what you think of them. By the way, I post a new video every Friday morning, and I look forward to hearing from you again soon. God's peace Connie.
Mr. Ed
Hey from South Africa. Ive been watching your videos for so long now. I just want to tell you that you are a blessing. Your smile , love and passion for what you doing is wonderful. I love to see you removing the bees. I so love honey as well. Unfortunately the honey in South Africa so expensive. Be blessed and please don’t stop making videos.
The honey in SA is so expensive because our bees are so aggressive! No way you go into a cutout or even a simple hive inspection without a double layer bee suit and extra clothing underneath, thick socks and leather boots on in the heat of summer! Not fun, but hey, we do it for the love of bees and honey.
Thank you so much for your blessings, kind words, and for taking all the time to watch my bee wrangling adventures, it is greatly appreciated. And don't worry, I'll keep on making them. God's peace.
Mr. Ed
You fellows looked knackered by the end of that one… good work, glad you found the queen!
Stick the fork in us, we were done. Thanks for watching. God's peace.
Mr. Ed
I’ve got to give props to you for this one. I know from experience what kind of a job that was. Great job tackling a hard one.
I was thinking about you the minute I saw this hive, I said to myself this is a job for the Rooster, not me. God's peace brother.
Mr. Ed
Think I've seen all your videos and this was the most impressive I remember. Good job! How you can be so cheerful and upbeat after that nightmare is beyond me.
Trust me, I'll remember this one for as long as I live! The joy is from having completed the job and I was still standing.....amazing! Thank you so much for being such a long time subscriber and for taking the time to follow along with all my bee wrangling adventures. Until the next one, God's peace Darrell.
Mr. Ed
The Joy of The Lord Jesus Christ is his strength! Hallelujah for Mr Ed spreading the Love of Christ by bee removal! 🐝🍯❤️🙌🏻🙏🏻
Dedication and Perseverance (and stamina!). Outstanding job, gentlemen. I would love to see the transfer to a hive box, but considering the conditions, I wouldn’t have spent any remaining energy on filming. Great video - thank you both!
Thank you Nancy for your appreciation of our efforts, that is very kind of you to say so. Also, stay tuned for next weeks follow up video of what happened to this hive when I brought them back to the abbey, lots of surprises. Finally, thanks for watching, and I hope you will check out more of my bee wrangling/ bee rescues adventures and let me know what you think of them. By the way, I post a new video every Friday morning, and I look forward to hearing from you again soon. God's peace.

That is a tight space is there any job you cant do wow that was so crazy hive bees so making it hard for you that knew you were coming 😮GOD bless mr ed and good time Charlie great job keep on wrangling 🎉😊
So happy you found the Queen after all that! Bet you both slept like babies that night🤣
Us too, a real blessing, thank you Jesus! Actually, we slept like babies for the next 4 nights. Thanks for watching. God's peace Phil.

Mr. Ed
I have been watching a lot of videos on your channel. I love it! I have learnt so much from you Jeff. I have a question, I haven't seen you using smoke in many occasions. I wonder if you use it but I can't see it on videos, or you actually don't use it as much. Thanks for your time and God bless you!
Delighted to hear you are enjoying the channel and learning from it as well! As far as using smoke goes, I do it very sparingly, and rarely on removals. Using smoke stresses bees and I don't like doing that to them. Thank you for your blessings and for taking the time to follow along with my bee wrangling adventures. Until the next one, God's peace Abel.
Mr. Ed
Hi Mr Ed, thanks for your prompt response. That makes sense. You’re a Godsend. I’ll keep on watching. Regards from a Spanish living in Australia :) “Que Dios le bendiga”
TOUGH ONE BUT YOU GOT THE LOT
Why are those pipes wide open without bug covers and sealed properly? I swear you can't count on quality construction unless you do the work yourself.
I can't answer your particular question, but I do know if the vent ends had been sealed properly, the bees never would have gotten in. Thanks for watching, and I hope you will check out more of my bee wrangling/ bee rescues adventures and let me know what you think of them. By the way, I post a new video every Friday morning, and I look forward to hearing from you again soon. God's peace.
Mr. Ed
How are you ripping their hive apart with no suit on? Are they not stinging you at all? A bee stung me the other day for no apparent reason. Lol. I was just locking my door. There's a round hive underneath the awning my side door, they've attached it to the wood. It's tan colored and about 10 inches tall and ill say 15 inches around. It's large in my opinion, but nothing compared to what you deal with. I don't bother them. I just go in and out of the door. It was only once that one of them stung me on the top of my head. So I don't get how you can do all this to them and their habitat and they're not stinging you? Lol. No suit is crazy! Wow
I usually wear a suit while doing a removal, and at the beginning of the video I was wearing one. However, as the day got later, I removed it as it was entirely to hot to wear it, and by that time the bees had calmed down greatly. Still, I took about 25 stings during this removal, but to rescue the bees, I thought it was a small price to pay. That's awesome you allow the bees to stay under your awning, if they are not bothersome, I always tell the homeowners to leave them alone. Thanks for watching, and I hope you will check out more of my bee wrangling/ bee rescues adventures and let me know what you think of them. By the way, I post a new video every Friday morning, and I look forward to hearing from you again soon. God's peace Alexis.

That was a brutal removal! I need to save this video to show people who want 'free' removals.
Aman to that!!!
It’s free because you keep the bees and sell the honey people can go in and kill all of the bees for about $10
@@rustyshackleford6693 Not really. In Texas it is illegal to sell honey from removals. And if I want more bees, I can split one of my 150 hives in about 5 minutes vs this example of an 8 hour removal.
Rusty, anyone who removes bee as a profession does not need more bees or honey, they already have to much of both. Also, by law, honey that is removed from a cut out is illegal to sell as the source of the honey is not known or the fact that the honey may be contaminated with chemicals by someone who tried to kill them . You are correct, "people can go in and kill all of the bees for about $10," but for so many other people who care about the bees and the benefits they provide for humans, realize that bee wranglers provide a service, and just like doctors and lawyers, for the services rendered, a fee is justifiable and they will happily pay for that service. God's peace brother.
Mr. Ed
@@JeffHorchoffexcuse me if I'm ignorant, but what are you doing with all of those honey then? You surely have dozens of swarm at this point which are actively producing honey. Do you dispose them? Are you even allowed to give them away for free?
Aye yi yi!!!! Temperature: 100°, Heat Index: 117°. Wow! And the queen too! Glad to see you were resting and hydrating. That overhead stuff would kill my shoulders and neck. Don't know how you do it! Take care, God Bless! -Jeff and Diane
Delayed gratification is the only decent way to live. Do the hard part first! Great removal and a lesson in commitment to the lives of bees. Where would we be without the dedicated support of others like good-time Charlie? We are blessed by the company we keep.
Charlie is right beside me the entire time, what a great friend and co worker he is. Thanks for watching. God's peace William.
Mr. Ed
Thank you Jesus! For you two beekeepers!! And for finding the Queen!!! Best thing I saw all day! Wow what a job you had there. Well done ❤️
Yes, that has to be the one of the top longest hive removal I've seen you both do!! All those bee's in a tight space and you were still able to find the queen. You both looked like wiped puppies at the end for good reason being out in 100 degree, high humidity for 8 hours. Hope you both recovered well and all the bee's made it back to the Abby safely. God Bless you both!!
Ditto no point posting twice.
Hey Jeff, let's see you frame it up. I love that.
A monster removal for sure and in some really harsh conditions, but both the bees and the wranglers survived the ordeal. Still, the bees recovered a lot faster than me and Charlie did, they were up and running the very next day. Also, stay tuned for next Friday's posting, it's an update on the hive and what happened when I got back to the abbey with the bees. You are going to bee surprised. Thank you for your blessings and for watching. Until the next one, God's peace Philo.
Mr. Ed
Thanks for watching Bran, God's peace brother.
Mr. Ed
Make sure you check out next Friday's post, you will see that and so much more. Lots of surprises. Thanks for watching. God's peace.
Mr. Ed
You guys please bee carefull in that heat. Poor Charlie missed lunch. Lol. God bless
WE will, and thank you for your blessings and for watching. God's peace.
Mr. Ed
Holy smokes!!! You two are unstoppable! Once you knock the numbers down, it would've been nice to have a third person holding the vacuum to hand each piece out to so Mr. Ed could just go back to cutting out the next piece. Bet you could've cut the time it took by at least a third. But you managed it. Congratulations on completing that intense marathon boys.
I was thinking the same thing Carole 🤔😊
That's when I miss Wreck it Ralph the most, he has always been my hand off guy! Thanks for watching. God's peace Carole.
Mr. Ed
@@JeffHorchoff Yeah, Ralph would've been invaluable on that job!
What a lot of work that was. I’m hoping that the owner made a significant donation to the Abby! Great job guys!!
It was a lot of work, and the management did make a generous donation to the abbey for our efforts. Happy to hear you enjoyed the video, thanks for watching. God's peace Michael.
Mr. ed
Thank you Jeff and GOOD TIME CHARLIE !!!!!!!
Jeff if you're going plug in the vac while you work you need to get a short extension that you tie off to the handle.... The plug on that vac is soldered onto a circuit board. That's all that holds it. If you trip on the card it'll pull the plug off the circuit board.... Ask how I know. With an extension it can be a remote disconnect
Great hearing from you again Leon, it's been a while. And thank you for the tip. Judging from what you said, you speak from experience. Thanks so much for watching and trying to spare me a bunch of grief with my vac. God's peace brother.
Mr. Ed
Hit that Like button for this epic Bee removal!! Awesome job Mr Ed and Good Time Charlie!! God bless you both for making this video. Y’all really worked hard for this one under horrible hot temperatures! 🐝🙏🏻🐝🙏🏻
Thank you so much for your blessings, kind words, and for taking the time to watch the video, it is greatly appreciated. Until the next one, God's peace Patricia.
Mr. Ed
That was a hot one. First I thought you were inside with the AC. That was a marathon removal. Up and down the ladder and vacuuming., Wow! Awesome job.
A tough one for sure, and one I will remember forever. Heck it took me 3 days to recover from all the activities of the day. So glad you enjoyed watching, it was a real pleasure sharing this one with everyone. Thanks for watching. God's peace.
Mr. Ed
Mr Ed, I’m speechless on this one! All I can say is Jesus was watching over the both of you on this one!!!
Amen brother! God's peace Don.
Mr. Ed
Wow, what a job...Always love it when you find that queen!!
A tough one for sure, but it all worked out for the best. Today's post was a follow up on this one, so if you have time, check it out. Thanks for watching. God's peace.

Impressive removal Jeff. Thanks for sharing. I'm still amazed you Didn't cut the venting. Blessings brothers!
The main reason I did not cut the pipes, though I thought of it at first, was it would have been harder on the guys repairing it than for me to work around it. Thank you for your blessings and for watching. Until the next one, God's peace Matthew.
Mr. Ed
What a massive hive that is one busy Queen 🐝👍♥️🗝️🇺🇸
WOWZA, that is a HUGE one.... Charlie said "so much for 2 hours" HAHAHA :D

Mr. Ed
Thank you for another awesome video, Mr Edd and Good Time Charley. What a team. How many stings this time? I saw at least one shot of what looked like a sting in progress on your left arm around 19:40. Good job and well done finding the Queen. Mr Edd always gets his queen.
We both took a bunch of stings on this one. Charlie got 8 or 9 and I took more than 25. Still, it was a great day of wrangling bees! Thanks for watching. God's peace Ayla.
Mr. Ed
Beautiful hive! That had to be tough working overhead for a long time. Blessings, my friends 🙏😊💕
Those bees were hiding good Mr Ed. Take Good Time Charlie to a burger joint, he sounds like he's got the blues. Awesome video guys.😊

This getting older is not for the faint of heart. Thanks for watching. God's peace Terry.
Mr. Ed
You need a Stethoscope to listen for them buzzing bees That Gyprock we call it plaster board.
Back in the days when I did not have a thermal camera, I did use a stethoscope. The problem with them is they can detect the buzz 2 feet away from the colony and I wound up punching holes in the plaster board only to find nothing. The thermal camera is way more accurate. Thanks for watching. God's peace.
Mr. Ed
I have not seen temps of over 100 since Ileft Az about 50years ago,Good to see you two guys work in that temp. God bless you both
But living in Alaska, I bet you've seen temps near 100 below. Thank you for your blessings and for watching. God's peace Richard.
Mr. Ed
I was expecting the bees to be a floor up, you were lucky on that one.
With those temperatures, I expect a nice part of the brood to survive, unlike when it cools down too much.
You will have to wait a week but I'm posting 2 follow up videos and you will see just how good the heat worked keeping the brood alive. Stay tuned. Thanks for watching. God's peace.
Mr. Ed
Aww you guys!! You certainly earned your rest after that one. And you were still smiling for the end of the video. That was really impressive work. I wonder how many boxes that colony will fill.
I had to use 2 supers to hold the bees. Stay tuned for next weeks post showing the surprises the bees had in store for me when I housed them. Thanks for watching. God's peace.

Jeff, with the number of subscribers you have, I’m wondering if you could identify a maker of cooling suit systems, such that are used by people who work outdoors wearing protective suits or costumes, similar to what NASA produced for the Space programs. Maybe an sponsorship could be worked out??? Here’s a link to one used by racecar drivers.
WOW! That would bee really nice. I'll see what I can do about it. Thanks for your idea and for watching, it is greatly appreciated. God's peace brother.

No suit? I thought only the Dirt Rooster did that. This heat is awful. Stay safe.
Way to hot for a suit on this one, but it would have helped me not getting so many stings, more than 25 of them. Still, that's bee wrangling for you. You stay safe as well Phillip. God's peace brother.
Mr. Ed
25 stings? Ouch. The weather here finally cooled off enough to get back in my hives. The heat index as up to 110F for several days. Stay safe down there. Looking forward to seeing you in Louisville. I am bringing my grandson along. I plan on turning my apiary over to him in the next few years. I am not a young man like you God Bless.
@@JeffHorchoff
Hello guys, and kudos on completing a job that had so many significant challenges, from the heat, to the working overhead, to all the obstacles you had to work around. Phew! Having done an overhead job by myself, which ran over two days with 109 pounds of material removed, it makes me tired just watching it!
Here’s a question for you, Jeff. How to deal with the problems associated with vacuuming bees that have nectar, and or honey on them?
In the video, I noticed you frequently vacuuming bees off comb immediately as you pulled it out. I assume a lot of that comb had uncapped nectar, and with all the dripping honey, there would be honey/nectar coated bees.
When I do that, I seem to lose a much higher percentage of bees to the stress, not to mention the clogging that occurs in my hose.
You have mentioned in the past the technique of setting the sticky comb with the bees still on it in a holding container and letting them clean up the mess before you vacuum those bees.
Was there some reason why that approach was not practical for this job? Or maybe you did a combination of that technique only where are you? Thought the bees were sticky. It was hard for me to tell. How did you navigate that?
Thanks so much for the video and the advice. God bless.
There will always be a few bees that will have honey on them and they will get vacuumed. As you well know, the trick is removing as many bees as possible without having honey on them and the more times you practice this method, the better you become at it. Learning the best way to hold your vacuum tip not to rupture comb is a very big part of that. After doing over 500 removals, I make it look a lot easier than it really is. Thank you for your blessings and for watching. Also, happy wrangling, and thanks for saving the bees as well. God's peace Randall.
Mr. Ed
A cracking hive and a cracking video! Thanks for sharing.. looked like you needed another pair of hands or even a left hander. I have been on my holidays and thought Italy was hot. Turns out it was only 91.5 of your USA degrees
91.5 is way cooler than the 100 degree that Charlie and I had to work under for this removal. This was our hardest removal for the year. Hope your holiday was a good one. God's peace brother.
Mr. Ed
20:42 and to us who uses Celsius all that means: 100°F = 37.7°C and its feels like 117°F = 47.2°C
Thank you for sharing that, I'm not familiar with the conversion so I'm grateful you did that for me. Also, I'm grateful that you took the time to watch the video. Until the next one, God's peace.
Mr. Ed
That is like running a marathon, in that heat.... respect! Amazing hive, too bad they couldn't just stay.
16:15 I bet one could weigh the beevac empty and full, and get a pretty accurate amount of bees from the difference in weight right?
It would have been nice to allow them to stay just to see how large the colony could have grown, but because of the location in the truss system, the bees had access to several apartments and the residents were complaining. They had to be removed. It would have been nice to have known the exact weight, but I assure you, it was more than 6 pounds of bees. Thanks for watching, and I hope you will check out more of my bee wrangling/ bee rescues adventures and let me know what you think of them. By the way, I post a new video every Friday morning, and I look forward to hearing from you again soon. God's peace.
Mr. Ed
You guys are clearly the King of Cut-outs bar none !!!
May God Bless you both and keep you safe
Thank you very much for your blessings, kind words, and for taking the time to watch the video, it is all greatly appreciated. God's peace Matt.
Mr. Ed
The moment you realize that you have smoked too much. The music started making me think the vacuum was after me😳🤦🏼♂️
WOW! Does it enhance the video that much? I hope the vac did not catch you. Thanks for watching. God's peace Steven.
Mr. Ed
Wow, not all removals are easy huh. That was more like surgery! Amazing. I’m in Covington and gladly would have given you a hand.
I'm always looking for some good help around the abbey and on cut out, and since you are in the neighborhood and retired, you fit the bill perfectly. Get in touch with me at oscelata@gmail.com and lets get some wrangling done together. Heck, how many folks get the chance to meet Wreck it Ralph and Good Time Charlie, you my friend are in a very small minority. God's peace brother.
Mr. Ed
It's kind of comforting to know (seriously) that even those with your experience still run into wooly-bugers (ha) once in a while.
Once in a while? More like when does it not happen...that's what makes wrangling bees so interesting. Thanks for watching, and I hope you will check out more of my bee wrangling/ bee rescues adventures and let me know what you think of them. By the way, I post a new video every Friday morning, and I look forward to hearing from you again soon. God's peace
Dennis.
Mr. Ed
Beautiful big colony. Hard to find but you two overcame. That reminded me of a rooster removal. Ha. Great job. Take care.
This removal is more of the type you'd see on the Rooster's channel than on mine, but every once in a while, I get a tough one. Thanks for watching. God's peace Garry.
Mr. Ed
I know that the Africanized bees are moving in more and more areas. I really enjoy watching you rehome all of these bees that you catch but I hope and pray that God‘s blessings will be with you if you ever run into Africanized hives that you don’t get hurt, they have been putting several people in the hospital all parts of the United States.
Fortunately, if bees are Africanized, they let you know about it immediately so I could prepare for it. Thank you for your concern, your blessings, and for taking the time to watch the video, it is all greatly appreciated. God's peace Sharon.
Mr. Ed
So happy you saved these bees. Hard workers and you don't quit. So impressed.
I've been rescuing bees for over 13 years now and it never gets old...even when they are as difficult as this one was. Thanks for watching, and I hope you will check out more of my bee wrangling/ bee rescues adventures and let me know what you think of them. By the way, I post a new video every Friday morning, and I look forward to hearing from you again soon. God's peace Dalene.
Mr. Ed
I pass people who want free removals as I value my skills and I should be paid for my work, this was a heck of a job for sure, I had to remove 105 degree on scaffolds 6 year old beehive from the roof, with 4 buckets full of honey combs similar tiredness like you Mr Ed
I agree 100%, the skill necessary to do this job are immense, and as it is a service we provide, it is only just that we be fairly compensated for our skill and knowledge. I felt your pain on that removal. Thanks for watching. God's peace brother.
Mr. Ed
WOW... This was one for the books. I got tired watching you 2..
For sure both Charlie and I will remember this one forever. Thanks so much for watching, and until the next one, God's peace Karen.
Mr. Ed
You needed Dirtrooster, Shawee and Yappy for this one!! I did one that took 11 hours a while back. I have a cutout this afternoon. Wish me luck. Thanks!!
Be careful what you wish for, bad luck is also luck ;)
Good luck to you.
@@apveening Thanks!
If those guys had been there the job would have taken twice as long because of all the cutting up we would be doing. Let me know how you did on your removal, I'm interested in hearing about it. God's peace Rodney.
Mr. Ed
@@JeffHorchoff It wound up being a deadout so no work was necessary. Just told her to get everything sealed up. Thanks Jeff!
Mr. ED
If you put ice in a shop-vac and put the hose in the exhaust side. (Try it out)You will get cool sir out. So in a area like that little room you can have cool air blowing on you .
God bless you.
Great idea, I will give it a try. Thanks for sharing and for watching. Until the next one, God's peace.
Mr. Ed
GOD bless you both for all that hard work ya'll do. Im so so so very happy that you do not kill the bees, a lot of people do, and just dont understand how important bees are. For humans to survive we need the bees ,litteraly. Without them pollinating the vegetation we all would starve ,plus we would never be able to stop and smell the flowers😊 so again ,thank you both so much for making a video and sharing with us, its made my day to see their are some left that actually do care. Oh, and by the way, i live in Louisiana too,up by alexandria, so yea, were hot as hadies here. Lol lol
Thank you very much for your blessings, kind words. and for taking the time to watch the video, it is all greatly appreciated. I post these videos, to show just how important bees are to our very survival, and why we should not just kill them out of ignorance. I have been rescuing bees from being needlessly destroyed for over 12 years now, and hope to continue to do so for many more years to come. One more thing, I hope you will check out more of my bee wrangling/ bee rescues adventures and let me know what you think of them. By the way, I post a new video every Friday morning, and I look forward to hearing from you again soon. God's peace Verna.
Mr. Ed
You are over working GTC 😂. You should have had the world famous mike b to help too!
Everybody says it, "PoorCharlie," but the truth is he really loves it, and WFMB defiantly would have missed this one. Thanks for watching. God's peace Tim.
Mr. Ed
Thanks for all of your great work. Your videos are the best. I can’t wait for more. Les
Thank you so much for your kind words and for watching, it is greatly appreciated. And don't worry, I'll bee making more. God's peace Les.
Mr. Ed
Great Job! When you do cutouts do you have the homeowner or business sign legal documents for the job you are doing? God bless you!
Nothing is signed, but I simply provide my proof of insurance and issue a receipt after the job is complete. Thank you for your blessings and for watching. God's peace Annette.
Mr. Ed
One more beautiful removal, allbeit a long and obviously tirering one in all the heat and humidity, plus tight spaces. I've seen you do much bigger hives, that took about half the time. I lift my hat to you!
A tough one for sure, but it all worked out for the best. Today's post was a follow up on this one, so if you have time, check it out. Thanks for watching. God's peace.

Thanks for the vid, such a great break during a busy day so I just gotta say thank you. Good job and god bless 🐝🙏❤
Delighted to brighten up your day with our fun. Thank you very much for your blessings and for taking the time to watch. Mr. Ed
Absolutely love your videos. I had no knowledge or interest in bees until your videos but now love boring all my friends with bee facts. Can we see more of Good Time Charlie doing some of the work 😂
Very delighted to hear you enjoy watching our bee wrangling adventures, it is a joy for us to share them, and I appreciate you taking the time to watch. I am sure you do not bore your friends with bee facts, I rather think you are stimulating their minds and expanding their horizons. Keep up the efforts! I am going to tell Charlie to video more of himself as he is shooting all the video, after all, that's his main job. Again, thanks for watching, and I hope you will check out more of my bee wrangling/ bee rescues adventures and let me know what you think of them. By the way, I post a new video every Friday morning, and I look forward to hearing from you again soon. God's peace Jaci.
Mr. Ed
I was wondering how all those bees would fit glad you had an extra vaccume.
With temperature's so high, to many bees in one bee vac would over heat and die. Having 2 vacs, and keeping the bees in a cool place after being vacuumed is the solution to keeping bees alive...especially on long jobs like this one was. Thanks for watching, and I hope you will check out more of my bee wrangling/ bee rescues adventures and let me know what you think of them. By the way, I post a new video every Friday morning, and I look forward to hearing from you again soon. God's peace Edna.
Mr. Ed
you guys always make me smile! That was a hell of a job --meaning the temp and the size. wow. ty for the video.
We do love sharing our bee wrangling experiences, and it's always delightful to know we can make folks smile when they watch us. Thank you for your kind words and for watching, it is greatly appreciated. Also, I hope you will check out more of my bee wrangling/ bee rescues adventures and let me know what you think of them. By the way, I post a new video every Friday morning, and I look forward to hearing from you again soon. God's peace Eunice.
Mr. Ed
I hope I have your stamina one day, incredible strength!
After this removal I was shot for 4 days, but thanks to Tylenol, I could at least stand up and walk. Thanks for watching. God's peace Kelly.

Sr. Ed
What a job that was! Mr. Ed, have you ever thought of getting a head lamp? I just recently got a nice one at Ace that is rechargeable and it can tilt to aim where you need it. That sure was an interesting video.❤
In the past I have gotten 3 head lamps, but not one of them proved effective. Even with adjustable lights, I could never get the light to shine on the exact spot I wanted it to be. For me, the best results come from my LED, over head light that I stick in the celling and my hand held flashlight. Thanks for watching, and I hope you will check out more of my bee wrangling/ bee rescues adventures and let me know what you think of them. By the way, I post a new video every Friday morning, and I look forward to hearing from you again soon. God's peace Judith.
Mr. Ed
Do you spray honey bandit where the hive used to be, before you leave, to deter other bees from taking over? Do you also try to put steel wool in the entry to the hive, to plug it up?
The effects of the Honey Bandit are not long lasting and it dissipates quickly so it would not be effective as a deterrent for future infestations. Steel wool is a very good tool to block entrances and I recommend it always to the homeowners when the seal up the entrances. After all, I simply remove the bees, the repair is up to the homeowners. Thanks for watching, and I hope you will check out more of my bee wrangling/ bee rescues adventures and let me know what you think of them. By the way, I post a new video every Friday morning, and I look forward to hearing from you again soon. God's peace Lisa.
Mr. Ed
You should try a pastry knife when you cut the comb! Hello.
On this particular removal, I needed the 16 inch knife just to reach the end of the comb. Do they make a 16" pastry knife? God's peace.
Mr. Ed
God bless you and Charlie…That was brutal to watch. Be safe men
Thank you for your blessings and for watching the video, it was a tough one to do for sure. God's peace Amanda.
Mr. Ed
I had something similar happen. I cut where the heat signature was and missed the hive by a 2x4.
I always say, keep digging till you hit gold! Fixing sheetrock is EASY. Thanks for watching, and I hope you will check out more of my bee wrangling/ bee rescues adventures and let me know what you think of them. By the way, I post a new video every Friday morning, and I look forward to hearing from you again soon. God's peace Randall.
