    You need to try the cloud bread with egg whites and egg protein... 12 large egg whites separated from whole eggs
    ▢1/4 cup powdered allulose
    ▢1/2 teaspoon Redmond Real salt
    ▢1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar to help stabilize the whites
    ▢1 cup unflavored egg white protein powder
    INSTRUCTIONS
    Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
    Separate the eggs, and place the whites into a large bowl or stand mixer. Add the allulose, salt and cream of tartar if using and whip the whites for a few minutes until VERY stiff.
    Turn the mixer to low and gently mix the Jay Robb egg white protein powder into the whites.
    Grease a bread pan with oil spray and fill with protein Bread mixture.
    Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Turn oven off and leave bread in the oven for 15 minutes to avoid the bread from falling.
    Let completely cool before cutting or the bread will fall. Cut into slices.
    Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days or in the freezer for up to a month.
    OPTION:
    Make bread into 18 buns on a greased cookie sheet bake for 13-15 minutes.

    Permilla, I’ve been watching your videos periodically for your awesome recipes, especially the Protien powder ones. I’m in the radiology field and I’m very concerned at the comment that the Dexa scanner is “like your second home”. Dexa scans are radiation based and mean to measure bone density for osteoporosis mainly. While on the lower end of the radiation dose for diagnostic medical imaging, it’s still radiation exposure. Radiation doses are cumulative and while a few low doses close together are not necessarily that harmful, it’s still exposing you to radiation. If you expose yourself unnecessarily to radiation exposure over a life time, the effects can be cumulative - especially to female reproductive organs. I think there is safer ways to measure body fat percentage that don’t increase your lifetime exposure dose. I want you to be your healthiest and constant DEXA scans are not it girl!

      The risk for a few a year is absolutely minimal.
      There are many people who fly so often that they get many times more radiation exposure in a year.
      The idea that its cumalitive over a lifetime is also a very short-sighted thing to say without context. The Damage is cumulative, the exposure is not.
      " in the radiology field"
      Is also kinda a redflag, so you're not a radiologist at all, but want to say something that sounds somewhat like your are.
      For all we care you're the cleaner.

    I just wanted to ask: You're already at a very low body percentage. Aren't you scared that on this extreme diet, you might lose your periods and overall health? (Don't answer if you think it's an inappropriate question).

      All questions are always welcome and I love that you asked this specific question. I have multiple professionals around me who I ask for guidance if I am ever unsure of anything that comes to these experiments that I am doing❤ when speaking with these professionals, my doctor in Denmark as well as receiving these additional blood tests here in LA I personally Have not felt unsafe about doing any of my experiments! I however am only doing it for educational and entertainment purposes so I am doing it so that my followers will not need to but instead can learn from me going through the challenges ❤❤ thank you so much for being here and for your curiosity and caring about my health!!     I was always under the impression that you shouldn't eat so much tuna because of the mercury levels. So if you eat multiple cans daily, wouldn't that be harmful or are you eating a specific kind that is a better option?

    How do you eat 872 grams of protein ?? Is that correct cause when I added it together it was only 217 which is roughly 18% protein. Please correct if wrong

    The reason you feel weaker, is that you're quickly depleting your glycogen stores in your muscles. Just like with waterfasting (essentially this is pretty close to PSMF).
    Any muscle loss (you can account for 10-20% of fatloss being lean mass, after accounting for glycogen, water etc), however you should experience a hormonal response pretty soon after, causing you to rebound that muscle in 1 or 2 weeks.

    This is so crazy just the difference in nutrition to a SAD diet. I’m now trying to lose weight I’m about 20-30lbs overweight, but I hardly eat now that I’m doing more of a bikini competitor diet. I feel like I’m eating constantly.

    Do they have plain Quorn fillets in your country? If so, then you may enjoy these as your protein source. Its 100kcal for 2 fillets!! 😊

      I paused it 10 times lol. It’s pistachio sugar free pudding. Yep just sprinkle it on.
      I’ve heard people sprinkle jello powder of grapes and freeze them also. Idk

      Hi I had an op 3 weeks ago and couldn't workout either . I ate more protein and ate a lot of healthy whole food (no junk) and walked as much as I could and I didn't put on any weight . Hope this helps and take care xx

      Excess calories will cause weight gain regardless of their source. Making sure you are eating enough during recovery is also incredibly important. Just because you can’t work out does not mean you shouldn’t focus on nourishing your body…

      She's following a bikini competition diet for getting stage lean. So actually she is giving the right advice for that ad that's what they do. Follow bikini competitors and their calories DO get that low.

It is literally a bunch of stick thin anorexic woman, who don’t have their periods and fuck up all their hormones. that shit shouldn’t be supported. So no I don’t doubt it’s for a bikini comp. I’ve known many girls who have gone into bikini comps who have looked back and said that it was the unhealthiest and worst thing they have ever done, and the standards of winning are disgusting.
