    I am an extreme of a Vata mind case but damn. I'm on day 5 of Water fasting and, while not hungry or craving even, I'm still thinking about food constantly, this helped me calm the mind a lot and enjoy the things as they are, if that makes sense. I walked my dog right after and could appreciate the sound the breeze in the leaves creates, something which I may not ever have felt before.

      Yes, there are fake gurus and whatnot but meditation really helps calm the mind and body and that is scientifically proven in many experiments. So if you have opinions that defer from reality and facts - at least be polite when expressing them, would you? ;) No need to behave like a child... :)
