    Amazing! I could actually feel my third eye opening by the 2nd breath into it. It opened and started looking around. I can still feel it open. Namaste

    Wow felt like my body was just gng to collapse just felt heavy and trembling still. My third eye I can still feel heaviness there. And I cried and smiled for a bit I feel emotional but happy.

    Hello 🙂 This meditation was very relaxing. Thank you. I have a question, I often feel like my eyes are twitching while I meditate. I had somebody wat h me last time to tell meif he could see my eyes moving and he said they were slightly moving. But the way I feel it when it happens it is like they twitch really fast and hard. Is it normal ? What is happening ?

      yeah, my eyes were like vibrating, i could not tell about the feeling of the third eye opening but my eyes were vibrating and and when I opened my eyes I felt very relaxed

    Please, ask the person on the computer to be quiet while you record the meditations. It's a little difficult to keep the concentration when you hear someone tapping on the mouse... Namaste...
