If I’m being honest something I’m struggling with lately is my desire for kids but I haven’t found my perfect partner yet. How wonderful brad is to you reminds me that my perfect person is worth the wait ! Congrats again!
I am 25 weeks in my second Singleton pregnancy with a little girl this time and have had the same problem laughing that you do this time. I start crying and can’t recover so weird!! Love watching y’all and following your journey! Y’all are definitely very relatable 😊

The laughing till you can’t breathe happened to me when I was in the 3rd trimester. I’m not the type to laugh till I cry. So you’re not alone!
I had weekly biophysical ultrasounds and nsts with my son. I loved the bios I thought watching him try to take practice breaths was the best thing ever! Those bios eventually ended up being what saved him I went in for a routine one but expressed I had decreased movement and we found he wasn't moving or " breathing" went up for an emergency c section and the nicu Drs said with as low as his cord ph was he would of not made it till the next morning! I'm so thankful your sweet babies are doing so well! You all are in my prayers!

Yeay for the 3rd trimester!! I know I say it on every video but you’re doing so good Momma... just keep doing whatever it is you’re doing! I had a scare with Anthony one night about the same gestation as you and I lost my mind he just wouldn’t move at all and I couldn’t find his heart beat on my Doppler. Rick ran home from work to take me to the hospital and as soon as he got home he moved and I found his heartbeat. Scariest half hour of my life!!! I bet you cook those babes till the very last second! Love and prayers every night to you and Brad ❤️❤️love you so so much.

Hi Brad and Rach, my big sister always had been this way with laughing. It‘s really easy to bring her to laugh and I thoroughly enjoy it to bring her to the point, where she starts to tear up, gasping for air and the best part snorting. It‘s hilarious!!! Love from Munich, Germany
I love watching you guys. I am doing the pre-work to start our IVF journey in January for our second (we did medicated cycles to have our son and are having no luck with that and IUI) and your story gives me hope that one round will be all we need. Can't wait to see the babies!

So happy baby girl is ok. ❤ I'm almost 26 weeks with a singleton, my second little girl. She moves ALL the time so I get nervous when she doesn't. Heartburn is currently brutal. 😂 also, I will cry from laughter after my first pregnancy, it doesn't go away. My mom had it happen as well and still to this day she will cry from laughing too hard, however her laughter will eventually stop and the tears won't! She will have to cry for awhile after if she gets going too hard, until she gets herself under control. Pregnancy is awesome, but also very weird. 😂
For a twin pregnancy I think you still look very neat, bump is definitely bigger but you are definitely not huge!!! Keep well Dxx

Time is flying by!
To help prevent the varicose veins you need wear compression hose. They will help prevent more varicose veins, leg pain and swelling. Tell your doctor about what’s going on with your legs.

Green leafy veggies are super for iron and fiber. Maybe try and do some smoothies/shakes with some flax, spinach, kale, or chard, apple, carrots, etc...

Every once in a blue moon I will get that laugh till you cry thing, where I can't catch my breath. It is usually something that my husband has said that for some strange reason just hit me as extremely funny. When it happens my husband and kids look at me like I've lost it, their expressions/reactions just make it even funnier. I don't remember it happening more frequently during pregnancy, so my guess is I probably was overtired? You definitely have reasons to be tired, with growing two humans and all the interference with your sleep.
so glad e everything is going well. the veins may reduce alot in size after i had had some pop up with my last baby and now you can barely see them. hope everything continues to go well!!

I’m 9 weeks pregnant with twins and I also laugh so hard that I cry I was watching tv and starting like bawling cuz I laughed so hard 😂. And I’m with you on the food thing! I can’t even think about eating anything other than bagels really and people keep being like try this try that I’m like not now! Haha.

I am 26 was with twins and had horrible leg cramps. Adding in a magnesium supplement at night stopped them. Also, my dr has me taking a vitamin c supplement with my iron so the iron absorbs better. Love your updates.
That laughing turning into crying thing happened to me too! It would usually give me headaches too bc I would try so hard to not cry. Heartburn is the worst...I went through so many tums!!!

my twin granddaughters were born at 30 weeks rachael and although in nicu for a few weeks they were perfect so please try to relax now knowing your babies will be fine.
I'm 16 weeks pregnant and I laughed so hard at my husband (not with him) this weekend that I was crying and I couldn't stop myself. Once I start laughing lately I just can't stop. So weird... but glad I'm not crazy!
Yes, when they test your urine at the doctors it's for high protein levels which is a sign of infection.
anglblzgrl it's not for a sign of infection. That would be elevated white blood cells....elevated protein is a sign of preeclampsia

Wow! You look great for 30 weeks!! 😊I’m 35 weeks with twins today & my iron was also low which my doctor didn’t mention until recently (when I asked he said it was on the low side of normal) so I’m trying to up my iron levels quickly before my c-section within the next 2 weeks. On top of supplements my doctor suggested eating red meats. (which I’m definitely not a fan of so it’s been difficult). I’ve also been eating leafy greens and Cream of Wheat or Wheaties cereal for breakfast which surprisingly have a ton of iron in them.
TheVegasChick81 do you like black beans and rice? I have low iron and I just bought four huge cans of black beans. I am going to find some cool recipes for them this week :)

Yes! I noticed the laughing thing a while back! We went to the county fair and were sitting in bleachers. The people in front of us has a weenie dog that had stuck its head in between its owners head and body to look back at us. And for whatever reason I stuck my finger out to it and died laughing when it licked my finger! Haha It was cute but I’m not sure why I thought that was so funny! Yes to heart burn, ugh. I don’t even have to eat anything to have it. And Charlie horses. I’ve got carpal tunnel too, so hopefully that doesn’t show up for you!
I feel your pain with the whole diet thing, I am having a hard time finding different things to eat because I have high blood pressure and now I have to watch my carb intake really closely because I found out I have had gestational diabetes for probably about a month and I had no idea until I got a growth ultrasound the other day and baby is already weighing in at almost 6lbs at 33 weeks. my original labs at 27 weeks were perfect so that was quite a shock.

Black beans are good for a lot of things and reasons...one of which is iron :) I hope you will not deliver until 37 weeks and that you spoil yourself silly with lots of naps and good food until that time. For heartburn: DON'T USE TUMS!
Drink straight lemon juice or ACV. Like a tbsp of lemon juice or a tsp of apple cider vinegar. If you can't handle it straight, put in a bit of water. Heartburn/reflux is caused by not enough stomach acid!

With my first pregnancy I used to cry and then laugh at the same time. Then I’d get mad because I felt so dumb! It’s like every emotion at once. Strangest feeling.

Hey Rach.....I have been getting charlie horses a lot during my pregnancy and my doctor recommended bananas....she said they help stop them from happening I know u said they give u heartburn but maybe try some milk afterward to relieve that part....glad u are doing well!

At 37+6 i was induced and my fundel height was 52 weeks!!!! The looked for twins the entire time, and thought my son was going to be 12+ pounds.
His sweet self was only 8 pounds but my placenta was supposed to be for two babies! They sent if off to be looked at because it was so big and it turns out that i absorbed baby b pretty early on and the placenta didnt get the memo!

The mainly check your pee for protein it’s an early sign for pre eclampsia.
mine checks proteins and for any sign of UTI or bladder infection because of the increase risk in pregnancy for those to develop.
I laughed so hard with my second baby my water broke!
I had such a hard time sleeping also. I would lay down and it would take me a couple of minutes to catch my breath as the babies were pressing on my diaphragm. Moving from side to side was torture. But it is worth it in the end :-)

For the heart burn get you some zantac that's saved me my entire pregnancy!
Rachel I️ had heartburn with both of my pregnancy’s it was awful! The only thing that would take it away was milk. I️ can’t chew tums they’re so gross to me! So next time you get heartburn try drinking some milk or get a milk shake.
Hi Guys! Rachel you look great!!! Laughing until you cry means your husband is truly funny! (Good job Brad!) I do that now, YEARS later, my husband has his moments where I think I'll die. (good for marriage, right?) Heart burn: my enemy. Almonds (raw, from Costco)are helpful for that. Also, good food for babies. I've started something new for heartburn hoping to get off daily meds. I do 1 envelope of EmergenC w/ glass of water and add 1T apple cider vinegar (with the mother). I feel better when I take it... but I know it will take a few months with how long I've had it. Also, laying on your left side is the best position for food not coming back up if you eat late. I try not to eat past 6 or 7, but you may be super hungry still... kids need input!!
I REALLY want to know what your final measurement is when you deliver. I was 52cm!!!!!!, so lay down (or lie in a recliner) and rest when you can and let those babies grow! Keep us updated! Love it! PS: loved the cozy fire!!
oh my goodness, when i was pregnant i deff laughed until i cried hard like to the point that i just wanted to break down into sadness its insane lol.
I know this will sound weird, I don't know the science behind it. Put a bar of soap (I use Ivory) under your fitted sheet. It stops Charlie horses. If you happen to get one and the soap isnt under your sheet, have someone grab a bar, you will see the muscle relax almost instantly. It's really weird. I know some people will say it's crazy, but my whole family swears by it.
Haha as I’m sitting here watching your video, I’m 37.3 weeks pregnant with my 2 baby in 1 year, and I’m just taking a big bite of liver when you sad that you could not eat it 😂
Apple sauce helps heartburn.
I asked at my last appointment what all the urine is for and the nurse said they don’t just love urine(hehe), that they test for infection, protein, and something else I can’t remember...dang pregnancy brain!

That’s so funny!! That laughing attack happened to me too!! I just couldn’t stop and I started crying from laughter. Definitely something unusual for me.
I tried doing this “red flag” dating test that Whitney Cummings did recently to Jimmy Kimmel and tried it on my husband and then I did it to my brother and then to my dad which was what triggered the laugh attack (my dad said the Dead Sea to the last question, and you’ll see why it’s so funny after you watch it). The trick is though not to tell them what the test is about so you can get their honest answers. I can’t get the link, but just look up on UA-cam- Whitney Cummings gives Jimmy Kimmel ‘red flag’ dating test.
Another thing to pass time- watch “Stranger Things” on Netflix if you haven’t already, that show is awesome!!
I wouldn't eat liver if someone paid me lol. Your belly sure is growing and looks super cute. You'll start noticing you seriously grow so much in the last I'd say 6-8 weeks. I remember I was like 32 weeks pregnant and pretty small and then a few weeks later BAM lol
One HOT MOMMA! LOL...I know you probably said in one of your other video's about when your doctor wants to do a scheduled delivery, but I forgot. For some reason I keep thinking you said 32 weeks, cause the placenta starts to deteriorate after a certain week in the end of twin pregnancies. So, if so then you don't have but a few weeks. oooo I bet your getting excited..wow time flys!! ...

Gosh I remember the leg cramps like no other. My husband was on night duty (so to speak) so when those nasty cramps would come on, he would wake and help rub them out. At the health food store I would buy liquid potassium and add it to my veggies/fruit I was juicing at the time. Helped a lot. But what got really bad was heart burn. It became sho bad I took 20 mg of nexium which is over the counter now days. It's a safe category to take during pregnancy. I think.. it was a category c? if my memory serves me right. Love, love those leggings. I may buy a pair now.. lol you sure are carrying the babies high which in the long run wonderful. Less stretch marks! You look fabulous.. I think one of main reasons YOU don't like bed time as much as you normally do... is your inner body clock is getting you ready to be awake at all hours of the night.. when the babies come. Something I wish I had done (hind sight is 20/20) is hire a bed time nurse. They train you and the babies to sleep through the night. If I can suggest one thing is hire a nurse.. They come help for 1 week I believe. Our daughters didn't sleep through the night for the 1st yr.. Oh my gosh. Talk about insane. So when my friend hired one with their twins (boy/girl) and was sleeping through the nights.. I was envious. If you do any juicing.. best time is now.. put that weight on the babies and keep your self healthy. Have a great Sunday. 🤰👍🎄🎄🎄🎄♥️⛄ love the Christmas decorations. We are finishing ours today.
