Amnesia Closing Party, Ibiza 1989 (Part Two)

This is from the closing party of Amnesia, Ibiza -- 3rd of October '89. Not much to say really other than it's one of the best things I've seen for summing up what it was like. The club still looks truly amazing and Alfredo is the DJ (of course). Check our website testpressing.org for more balearic beats.

Was an island regular by this time, was even at the opening of space that year but it was not so 'undergound' then. Getting about on a moped opened up your eyes to all these glamorous nightclubs and the rich jet-set hedonism that was a secret world that was operating in paralell before. Hearing Love song by Simple Minds in that club, with its 'enhancements' at that volume level having only ever heard it on a shitty home stereo was a revelation. Drinks were a case of HOW MUCH! but you soon forgot
