Spider-Man is based on the 2002 movie of the same name, featuring Tobey Maguire as Peter Parker.
The 100% category for this game requires the player to complete the game on the "Hero" or "Super Hero" difficulty, collect every Golden Spider, and acquire 50,000 hero points. Natetheman223 wastes no time in getting to the task, and web-slings to 100% completion in record time.
We also have a run of NewGame+ (tasvideos.org/4...) using the Green Goblin.

Oh my gosh I totally forgot that they just start making out in front of the dead corpse of their best friend's dad. Holy moly. Been a hot minute since I played this game. This was awesome.
Just had to doublecheck that the game did, in fact, bring in the movie's cast to do the voices.
Just to confirm that Toby Maguire was the one who said Scorpion was "a few sandwiches short of a picnic."
And that Willem Dafoe is _himself_.
The only two missing were Kirstin Dunst and James Franco.
Fun fact: the game was released in 2002, before spider-man 2 in 2004, so the gameplay is different in this game.
There's a bunch of fun unlcokable content in this game including a bowling minigame. That would be cool to see as a TAS aswell.

For it's time this was a cool game
im stoked about this gameplay. How do you know the right time to do all the zip line quickly and the fast combo on the thugs? By the way great job!
I know I'm late to this, but this is a tool assisted Speedrun, where the runner uses savestates and other things in an emulator to rewind, slowdown, ton of other things to get the most optimal and perfect time and precision that a person couldn't be able to do.

idk the titles and the timestamps, but i will say thats sketchy.
But also: What...does it mean to even, get a perfect if a perfect is zero?
Also 31:02 is insulting. :< we paid to play your game, not be ridiculed
Just don't take any damage during certain missions
I mean, you weren't going to watch the credits anyway, right?
