Ingredients:-
Chicken 1½ kg
Ghee ½ cup
Bay leaves
Cardamom 6 pcs
Cloves 10 pcs
Cinnamon sticks 2
Chopped onion 1 medium
Dry lemon 3 pcs
Ginger and garlic 2 tbsp
Red capsicums chopped ½ cup
Tomato puree 2 medium
Tomato paste 3 tbsp
Coriander powder 3 tsp
Cardamom powder ½ tsp
Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Paprika powder 1 tsp
cumin powder 1 tsp
Hot water 1½ litters
Salt to taste
Arabic Green chillies 5 pcs
Fried almond for garnish
Chicken face grease mixture:-
Tomato paste 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Hot water
Heat oven 200 decrees cook for 15-20 minutes
Basmati rice 4.5 cups (Soaked 30 minutes before)
Hot water as required

Please can you share or reply to me about the brand of rice that you use. I live in the US and have used Shan the white one and Shan that says biryani rice but your rice is looking alot better than when I try to cook!

I was there only a year and I crave Kabsa everyday lol idk how they got the meat so juicy??
I haven’t even been there but an aunt used to make it for us who lived in Oman. I don’t know the authentic taste but I crave it from time to time. Kabsa is yummy.
My friends from Saudi would make Kansa everyday in college and it looked a lot like this

I am sooo excited about making this Arabian dish 33 years ago my sisters and I dated some men from UAE back in El Paso, TX. And they made this delicious chicken with rice. We sat in a circle in their apartment and ate with our hands!😂 I was such a wonderful experience. I could never remember what this dish was called! But now with the internet I found it!
