I was born and grew up no more than 500km from chernobyl, and it i was 2 years old when it happened, and my mom lost her pregnancy shortly after incident, so it took younger sibling from me, and i stayed youngest in family till adulthood..

I also accidentaly recreated the chernobyl disaster when my city ran out of water for a minute, then one of the four nuclear power plants caught on fire because of lack of water.
When my firetrucks were getting close to the power plant to extinguish the fire, it exploded.
Thank goodness i place my water and power plants far away from my city so they have space to grow,
Thus nothing else was destroyed in the nuclear explotion other than the other 3 nuclear powerplants, 5 sewer pipes, a landfill, some roads and a solar pannel.
I dont know how many died but probably not alot
Thats a hell of a disaster. Thats why i mostly build my NPP far from the city.
Information about what they dropped into the reactor they dropped sand and boron into it hope this is helpful😉
Yeah I knew they dropped sand but i did not knew they also dropped Boron.
As soon as my first city was big enough, I decided to build a new industrial district and nuclear power plant, which ended in disaster as I forgot to hook up water because I overestimated the time it would take for the plant to finish construction, officially marking the start of the end of my new industrial district that only lasted around 10 minutes irl. The entire district was radioactive metals and scrap, and the city had no power and practically no economy, so at that point I was hardly making any money and went from around 3 million dollars and 18.8k people to negative money and 2k people (all poor people) because I spent millions on getting rid of the rubble. It was at the point where I was watching ads for money and it took 8 in game years to get a population higher than 3k and for a long time 80 percent of my city was abandoned (mostly rich people skyscrapers and modded buildings).
Thats very sad to know, but before a nuclear fallout, a warning comes for a fire in the plant.
@@PresidentSmith609 i wasnt paying attention, and by the time i realized, i had just started building a fire department, and i couldnt use the one from the CITY part of the city, because they were like half a huge map apart.
@@antistrix Thats such a sad time for the city. Next time be careful. Or you could have built a fire station close to the plant and use to diamons to complete the station instantly.

Fun fact: The explosion wasn't in Chernobyl, it were on Prypiat city (or however it writes).

Chernobyl was also a city that was located next to the Chernobyl nuclear power plant.

I use AZ recorder, its free and for editing i use filmora, $ 3.9 a month (i think). I increase the FPS to 50-60 for smooth transaction.

How did you get that emergency helicopter what plugin I want that in my city
I built the big fire station and upgraded the station with a helipad. U can unlock the station by 200 diamonds for the ingame content store.

I think its ingame content under decorations. Just get the military pack from ingame store(not plugin store).

Just use sickness disaster and do not treat them. The building will get abandoned.
