Heck, even something as simple as learning "slides.new" = new slide was worth it. However, there is lots of great information that you shared here.
This was amazing! I got it to work...but one question...is there a way to have it run through once and stop? I don't want it to keep going and going....

Awesome way to add some animation to presentation... can Microsoft powerpoint be used instead of Goggle Slides?
thanks! animation can also be done in powerpoint. in fact, my understanding is that it is a built in feature so it is easier to do.

Hi Jen. I was able to make my bitmoji classroom and even animated my intro. What I don't know how to do is how to get the gif to stop so that kids end up in my bitmoji classroom and then are able to click on links. Can you please advise? And where do I post the classroom- Google Classroom? Or on a site? I'm almost there. Just trying to finish up links- any help you can give me would be so welcome. Great channel. I am now a fan.
Hilde Garcia how are your slides set up? Your gif is on one slide and the classroom with links on the next? As for how to share, you can share on a site or in GC. Yes. And I thought it would then "stop" when it got to the classroom slide. My daughter is going to try to help me and we want to set it up on Google Sites so that it's one central location for the classroom which will take students to different locations based on the links I include. Am I on the right track?

Great video! Also, did you know you can cut your work in half by clicking onto the object and then selecting "Insert," then hovering over and selecting the "animation" label and then moving the item on and or off the slide in any direction you so choose. God bless.
John Reyes it doesn’t have quite the same effect and can’t be turned into a gif but that is an easier way!

How many times do you press the right arrow on each slide to move the bitmoji? Mine is taking forever to move.
Lisa Statler I only do it 2-4 times per slide and I use a lot of slides. Otherwise you can just move it over by dragging and eyeball the position of your bitmoji. Sometimes I do it that way too!

Great video! I had so much fun making this! I didn't like how it would loop through too. One way I fixed this was to add 10 of the final slide and it would at least not go to the first slide right away.
That's a great idea! Another thing that you could do is convert your gif file to a video file so it doesn't loop. There are free gif to mov converters online. You can google it to find one.

Thanks for the great tutorial. I created animated one and I love it. I do have one problem- it keeps looping. How do I get it to stop?
Gifs loop automatically. If you use an online converter to make it into a video file, it won't loop anymore.
Amazing.Thank you so much..But I have a problem , I try to create one of my own on my computer but the for bitomji extension ,I have to sign up to get to use it but I try to sign up by using the email address I have on snapchat along with the password but they are saying incorrect email address or password.
So please can you give me a suggestion.

When you start a new slide, instead of hitting the plus, hit the tiny down arrow to the right & select a blank screen. Then you don’t have to delete everything.

Love this. I had fun creating this. Is there a way to use the animated virtual classroom at the beginning of a google slide show or a way to not have the GIF replay? I have been trying to figure it our but can't seem to get it to work. Any help would be appreciated.
you could convert the gif to a video file using an online gif to mov converter. there are lots of free ones. you'll find one easily by googling it. then you can insert the video file in your slides.

Kathryn Hindt not as a gif file. They loop automatically. You could convert it to a video file using an online gif to mov converter. There are free ones online if you google it. Thanks so much! 😊

I teach sped mod/sev, I was thinking of making a Bitmoji of each of my students and having them walk across the gym and have them acknowledge their name as . Am I crazy is that so much work I’m not sure if I can with one account make different Bitmoji’s. Thanks for your video, it seems super possible for us beginners to Accomplish.
that is an ambitious project! If you do it, please share. It'll be amazing! My concern would be there is probably a limit to how many slides can be animated.

Hi! Thank you so much for this video! Although, I do have one question for you. How do you get a video of the GIF? After you import it into google slides, how do you make it into a video to use as the intro to your videos?
Mariam Kazmi I used the google slides add on creator studio to make the movie for my intro but it isn’t free anymore and I like to show free tools in my videos. To get a movie file, you could use an online converter. Here’s one: ezgif.com/gif-to-mov

Erika Marshall that’s awesome! I’m so glad that you enjoyed it! Unfortunately, I don’t know of a way to stop the animation. It’s a gif file. And gifs repeat. You could use the google slides add on creator studio rather than talltweets. It has the option to make a movie rather than a gif but I believe that’s part of the paid version.

HI, thank you v. Itried doing it but it made my whole slide a gif do I have to highlight the bitmoji to make it gif I had other pictures on my slide, I think you only have a classroom background. If I have other pictures can I choose theone to animate. Thankyou

This isn't an apple product. I did this using Google Slides and Talltweets.com. Both of those are web based so you can do it from any computer.

This was a very helpful video! I didn't know about Tall Tweet! That made it very easy. I ran into an issue when I tried inserting it into my Google Site however. It had the black border with the slide tools at the bottom. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this? Do I need to adjust the size? Thank you again for the video!!
When you embed a slide in sites, it shows up in the "Google Drive Viewer". That it why it looks like that.
