Our local Jeep show has featured a couple FCs over the years. One stretched the cab and put it on a Wagoneer chassis. The most recent appeared to be sitting on a Ford chassis.

Those are actually 4 x 2s.. They turn them sideways to get them to resemble 2 x 4s... Alabama grad told me that. LOL

I'll be the odd man out here. I know you like to do something new and different, but.... IF it still has an original engine that runs well, I'd vote for clean it up, leave it original, trade it for one with no motor.
But you do you, I'll look forward to seeing what you come up with!
