I volunteered as a tutor to a middle school math club with around 20 students in the classroom, and during a test I gave them (though since it's a club it wasn't serious and I couldn't affect their actual math grades), a kid literally stood up and bent his body to another kid's table to see that other kid's test. Kid thought he was funny with his overdramatic posture and stuff and apparently other kids thought he was funny too. Needless to say, I told his parents afterward and he behaved the next meeting.

My classes in high school were basically like this. These were just regular, non-AP, non-honors level classes and I was one of the very little students who was taking everything seriously because it's school! Now, I'm a junior at SUNY New Paltz, aiming to get his B.S. degree in mathematics!

I had a class like this in high school. It wasn’t about throwing paper but the amount of noise was in the background as if no one actually listened to the lecture. One of my teachers had lose their patience and then a lot of us, including me, in class were part of the blame.
It’s the kind of memories that I never want to go back and hated school.
This sir was the best sir ever, he had no temper with him. Such a great teacher can not be found anywhere. Please encourage new teachers out there.

I remember when my grade 8 class played an April fools joke on me. before class they turned all their desks upside down and placed whatever was inside their desks on top of each upside down desk. When i walked in they were all standing and laughing. I kept a serious look on my face and told them, "today is a pop quiz and however much time it takes you to fix this mess will come off the time you get to take the test. After they "repaired" the room I said April Fools"! We all had a great laugh, I only wish someone was recording....

My first year of teaching wasn't so far removed from this though. I was teaching in an inner-city school and every day I left work enraged. I left that school after a single year and moved elsewhere. Best thing I could have ever done. I wouldn't be teaching today if I had to deal with the abuse that I took that first year.
My class was kinda like that in P.E. (we were just messing around) and you know what our teacher did?
She got her bag and said "good luck on your mid terms, you dont wanna study? I dont wanna teach" and left... we "failed" (she pretended it was graded) and after that my class was frikin slient when ever she came
I’m in honors and this year i was accepted to highly accelerated honors program thinking that kids were going to be respectful turns out there worse and they talk a lot 😂

By the way I think you will make a great professor in college or university. I come from an old school I remember we had teachers walk in the class with their weapons, skme with pine tree wood onthers with strong baboon stick each teacher had own his own preference. It was all boys school. from back in 1982 in middle east, I remember going through the torture of these teacher, man we learn math very quickly. Lol. There was no which option you prefer to answer the questions, it was either you have the homework done or it's not done.
