I like taking EAA and stretching to help get rid of it. As time goes on tho and your consistent with the gym you’ll stop getting sore every time. I usually spend an hour and a half at the gym or less

I also like how Reebok comes in wide versions for guys who's feet are wider than average, something you don't really get from Nike which is a narrow brand in general.
