My father a several decades gunsmith since passed used to advise me a retired police officer not to flip cylinders back into engagement like seen in movies and on this video.
This is very true, big no-no.
Close by the yolk. And rotate cylinder until locked in.
Yup but this thing looks like junk
@@Copper1268 Have you seen one in person as in your hands???
@@DuddyTales is hard on the yoke and frame, impact damage. Is hard on the cylinder bolt lock notches, makes them rounded off. All this is part of timing mechanism. Same as any revolver.

The cylinder flip should stay in Hollywood movies only.
Just like the gun itself it's not even practical just looks cool is all
@@mudvayne2311 The gun is still good for varmints so it probably still has a role.

Thing needed to understand.
1). What a shot gun is.
2). What a revolver is.

As a .410 fan this is awesome. Guess I need to start looking around for one, that holster with it really completes the whole thing.
Please don't tell anyone else about it, yet.

This would be a must have for small-business&home defense in a 410 caliber ✔️
Flipping that big, heavy cylinder into the lock will damage your crane.
It is your firearm to do with as you please but, if you want it to last you won’t want to do that very often.
It’s also heavy to damage a cranium
Shut up brian
I cringed when I saw that! Most commenters don’t have a clue.
I just found my ideal home defense gun.. YES!!! thank you!

If a shotgun and a revolver had a baby then this would be the baby. It looks so cool!
Taurus has been making that very thing for a lot of years called the "Circuit Judge."
It's not too often when you open up the box and you see there's a holster for your revolver shotgun that's a nice little extra they threw in the box
That little extra costs $200
Not extra. He had to pay for that.
@@DL101ca yes I heard that from another UA-camer and I heard they charged him and arm and a leg for that holster he should have shopped around and seeing if there was another company you could have probably made a better quality holster for far less money
@@darploin5071 yeah definitely. I'm sure I could've made one better myself for 80$ worth of material.

Old man Crow a gunsmith back in the day taught me n showed me that in an must have situation can use 44mag round in an 410 single shot break over shotgun, don't recommend unless you are confident of what have ,but it does work.
So beautiful...
Way to go man!
I'd be interested in seeing some pattern tests at 25yds with this. Cool pack gun if it can put rabbit and squirrel on the table.
Totally.
If it can chamber 45-70 bear stoppers it would be awesome.
@@totallylegalshit7579 That's not gonna happen bud. Better off buying a 45-70 if you want to shoot those. Dream gun for any guy really so pull the trigger and get a 45-70. 41o slugs is about the hardest you are going to hit with this thing and they will certainly drop deer... maybe a blackbear if you follow up with another shot. Maybe a bigger bear if you emptied all cylinders and all hit their mark. I would certainly be using follow shots on a bear that a warning shot didn't deter during a charge/bluff. Carry a 454 into bear country or the minimum of 44 with heavy, hard cast loads. Anything deer or smaller this little gun will handle at closer ranges.
@@chriss1151 I currently carry a 12g, if not 303 or 3006.

Cowboy guns didn't have swingout cylinders, they had loading ports.

Sweet little snake gun. I've never seen anything quite like it, and I'm a gun-toting Texan. Might be interested in something like this myself, even though I have a Black Aces Tactical Pro S.
In the U.S. with the stock it is a short barreled SG, needs NFA papers at $200 and all the BS that goes along with that. With pistol grip A-OK go figure.
In Canada it's a non-restricted shotgun. No paperwork needed other than a valid gun license to purchase.
Once you have fired it could you tell us if the cylinder flash on your forearm is as bad as it looks it could be?

You should post where you’re getting shells. Haven’t seen a box on a shelf in years.
That's pretty cool man. I'm kinda jealous tbh.
Always been interested in revolving shotguns. Somebody should do a break action revolving shotgun without the stock. In my personal opinion break action is better than having a cylinder swinging out of the side (revolver cylinders only swing out of the left side, and I'm a left handed person. Reloading a revolver with your right hand is kinda hard, with a break action it's no problem, it just folds in half and you can use either one or the other of your hands to reload)
To reload a swingout cylinder left-handed: Wrap right hand around cylinder. Release the latch, pop open cylinder with right thumb. Dump empties, reload with left hand, close cylinder, regrip with left hand.
Modern break action revolvers are pretty rare because the pressure of smokeless powder is too high for the latch to handle. You'd have to make the frame much beefier than if it was a swing out. And personally, I think reloading a revolver is no harder as a leftie. You cradle it in your left hand regardless of which one you shoot with and load with your right hand. No different from a righty loading a semiautomatic.
@@666toysoldier how should I wrap my right hand around it if not only it swings out to the left, it also is in my left hand, meaning it's completely out of my body sides? I don't wanna spin it around in my hands like a freakin moron
@@aniquinstark4347 shooting and cradling with the same hand sounds a bit finnicky, also it can be argued that the brits produced break action revolvers well after the smokeless powder introduction (the Webley Mk. VI for example firing both .455 Webley and .45 ACP). Also I don't dislike chunky metal parts, the beefier the sturdier.
That or a custom made pair of revolvers with cylinders that swing one on the left and one on the right (and since we're there cylinders that also spin in opposed directions. Why? Cause yes, mirror revolvers gotta be a thing)
Very nice shotgun. I on the other had appreciate the absence of stupid background music or dialog...it speaks for itself...nothing else needs to be said. Thank you
I still cannot figure out how to unbox mine. Can you please explain? I didn't hear anything.
So would be considered a coach revolver shotgun? Iam anything under 14 inches double barrel is considered a coach shoutgun.
Show de bola
I blame video games for the kids ignorance on the damage he can cause to the weapon by flipping the cylinder closed.
I blame STUPIDITY.....and CANADIAN.....They go hand in hand..
Охотник от Бога- полгодика скотч на коробке разрезал, чуть без пальцев не остался.
The full stock is a bit much for me as well as the gigantic grip in the front. But I suppose anything less would look more like a Rossi 410 so I do like the take on this version but it is a bit much for 410.
