- A relaxing ear acupuncture session for your ASMR and sleep. Nice and simple using ear seeds, no needles involved here. First I explain how ear acupuncture/auricular therapy works and which points we will be concentrating on. As I place the ear seeds on your ears I will explain what pressure on each point means for your wellbeing.

I had read that people got tingles in their neck and down their back, but for me the tingles never left my scalp. I am a big fan of yours and a big fan of acupuncture ASMR videos so I was thrilled to see you had done another one. I loved your last acupuncture video a lot. Absolutely perfect, everything was so relaxing, thank you. I even used the autonomic point today in an exam to stop the panic although I think everyone else was worried that I was holding my ears and had lost the plot.
