Great! Thank you Taylor. If you want to remove Sasquatch tip toeing around in the background you could use a high pass filter set around 125hz to start. That will kill uninvited low frequency rumbles or thumps with no loss of fine audio detail. If you have a separate audio and video track, freeware Audacity for example will do a great job for basic audio tweaks like normalizing, EQ, high/low pass filters, dynamic range compression etc.
After getting hit by a dump truck while I was riding a bicycle in Thailand, I ended up in the office of a Chinese acupuncturist in Bangkok. I couldn't speak Chinese, but her son could speak Thai. So I would tell him my issues in Thai and he would translate into Mandarin for her. Next thing I knew, I was on my stomach with my pants pulled halfway down my rump and dozens of needles stuck up and down my spine. True story.
