Welcome to ASMR Auriculotherapy aka Auricular Acupuncture (no needles) aka Ear Acupuncture/Acupressure/Ear Therapy. Here I will be using ear seeds to apply pressure to the most calming acupuncture points in your ear.

I love love love your videos. Your voice is so soothing and as also being english its nice to hear an English accent as most asmr videos are american. You always send me to sleep .thank you for taking the time to make videos.
I love ear seeds my acupuncturist Karin has been using them on me for years and they are just amazing. Would totally recommend a great acupuncture treatment for anyone having trouble sleeping. It always helps me more then any other treatments including massage.
I'm very keen to try it. I have trouble sleeping a couple times a week.. Nothing too crazy but I would really love to try the ear seeds!

Good timing Emma :) I am currently in bed feeling sorry for myself because I sprained my ankle pretty badly. I am on crutches and taking a heroic dose of antiinflammatories. I was climbing over a sty at an avocado orchard, and I was coming down the other side my foot hit a rock and I fell and landed wrong :( but I am glad you are here to cheer me up. Love you

A serious sleep problem like insomnia merits a real doctor, however, until insomnia is fully cured, it is also important to seek remedies and therapy. The best balance to treating health involves seeing a real doctor AND using natural remedies and therapy (with the doctor's permission) to help with the healing process. Although they may not cure you, aids like ASMR for relaxation and sleep are very successful at helping in the meantime.
I remember my mother trying this years ago but I don't know what for. Now I want some ear seeds, just because I would get tingles :)
