wie werden die Daten von solidcam an die fräse übergeben? Solidcam bietet ja die Möglichkeit CL Dateien zu erstellen. Passiert das Damit? Ich muss zurzeit alles aus solidworks als im STL Format mit vcarve bearbeiten und dann zur Fräse geben. STL ist jedoch nicht soo genau...:-(
welche daten? wovon? was soll die Fräse mit den 3D Daten anstellen? Entspricht doch gar nicht dem Sinn einer CAM Software 3D Daten irgendwo hin zu bringen, bzw. ist dafür die CAD Umgebung (hier SolidWorks) zuständig
Facing of the rest part of the detail is not good idea, because of the thin walls of the detail that will vibrate while machining, and the the top face of detail will get a bad finish. The facing of the whole stock is not so time consuming procedure. They have done all right.
@@leoc6575 yes, I tried it multiple times, and every time when I machined the top face of the thin walls, they screamed and vibrated and had a bad finish. Maybe because it was not a steel, it was aluminum.
