    Excelente trabajo!!
    Herramientas con excesiva longitud cuando no era necesario!!
    2,5 veces la longitud del diámetro es una regla que funciona bien más de esto da problemas de vibraciones y hay que reducir el avance, no s una crítica si no una norma en el mecanizado
    Si no se puede hay que amoldarse a las circunstancias!!

    Pelo jeito de usinar parece um BR haha um americano usaria uma topo longa pra fazer essa lateral e um waveform pra abrir o diametro interno, isso ai irmão nós capota mas não breka :D

    Those high feeds go alright wtih such a low radial stopover? i thought they needed a bit of engagement to direct forces upwards
    otherwise they'd push off?

    • @CncFrezar
      @CncFrezar  Рік тому +4

      This is how it worked out for me. Maybe something is not exactly as stated by the manufacturer in its parameters, but the manufacturer does not work day in and day out about his tools.😀

    • @wildin13
      @wildin13 Рік тому +1

      We've found that it's only the really big feed mills that need large engagement. We use 42mm feed mills all day and they work fully engaged or just tickling the edges....

    • @pankapustka196
      @pankapustka196 Рік тому +1

      There are tools which are withstanding those heats without using coolants and is better to use it without coolant beacuse of shock temperature (in short your tool will have longer life).

      @CncFrezar  Рік тому

      Why would I do that?

    • @ibrahimdeniz7308
      @ibrahimdeniz7308 Рік тому

      Some parts require tight tolerances, such as injection tools or critical components that are used in public duty.
      If you have small parts you can first machine, then harden, it doesnt affect tolerance that much.
      If you have bigger parts you can not harden without the steel warping and deforming. You can try chemical hardening as it does not affect deformation, but chemical hardening only hardens the surface.
      So if he hardened befor machining, there must have been a requirement that he chose to do so.

      It doesn't look gnarly at all and if it was a plug up, he would have chosen the same material i would think.
      Maybe it is for electrical sensors of some kind or has to be a softer material to lay on something else.
