Ina's new song reaction, absolutely. But AZKi and Towa also released a song together recently, so maybe look out for that one too. Kiara also released another original just today. And a lot of other songs. A lot.

Hololive music comes out a LOT so honestly you don't have to be 100% caught up. I would suggest just watching covers and songs all together if they relate.

It's likely because you watch mostly EN stuff, if you don't keep watching JP stuff the algorithm starts removing it from your recommended pretty quickly. I think Hololive used to fall under one umbrella before as far as youtube was concerned but when all the EN only, 2 minute long clip channels started popping up the pool got split.
I love how Hololive has changed the way a lot of us look at everyday things. Every clock is Kronii, every sheep is Watame, every shark is Gura and sharks say "A". There is a fair number of songs I missed here too but I'm so glad to see some of the "classics" like Mio's Sparkle and Sora's Alien still here. That #50 song by Okayu is still one of my favorites by her too. Of course, Suisei is always such a vocal powerhouse and hard worker, she always gets a huge portion of the list. I can't say it enough, there is an insane amount of vocal talent in Hololive.
