FYI, the rule about building villages is wrong in this video. The rule is "on a hex that contains their tribe and no other village." So there cannot be another village present, but there is not a rule against building a village in a hex that also contains other players' tribe members.
You are correct- my brain must've filled in that blank on its own although you probably wouldn't want to build a village with the opponent anyway because it becomes an easy target for instant combat, but hey- maybe that's part of your strategy
you can go over 5, but once your turn is over, combat will occur in hexes over 5. plus, being able to move 6 meeples means they can be from and go to different hexes.
Strale Lestra you can build a village on any hex as long as your color is the only one on it. I believe that is the case with special hexes as well, like the volcano
CynicallyAwesome if you have 2 events active and roll another double of something does 1 of the events get discarded or does it make it 3 events? I also not sure if you need a double moon to remove an event from play or any double.
No disrespect meant; taking notes: 1:36 "Meeples" or "tribe members" (for those that haven't read the rules or is pre-purchasing reviewing the game. (Not "meatballs.") "Goal Decks"
"Deceptively cutthroat" came out of nowhere when I was thinking this was a simple fun game.
You did a much better job explaining village ownership than the rulebook did!
Thanks. Good info.
Nice tutorial. It helped flesh out the rule book.
I still don’t know what to do with the volcano hex though.
Same here! I wonder if it is on an event tile/card.

Quick question: If the max hex population limit is 5, why is the two-sun Move action 6? I can't discover what scenario this would apply in.

So how is the order if the players after the first one specified
Sorry this is two months late but after the first player takes their turn, it goes to the next player in a clockwise direction
Nice job, thank you! 🤓👍🏻
Can Blue build village on a lake with only one of his tribe member? Or at the wood hex with 2 Blue meeples?

CynicallyAwesome Thanx a lot for answer!!! :)
CynicallyAwesome Maybe you know how to rid of of Sabertooth tiger event?
My box didn't come with a volcano hex😂
Nice video, but there is some very weird background music/noise ^^

I don’t understand the events
prizzom what exactly do you not understand?

lol We totally call them meatballs because so often when people say meeples it sounds like meatballs.
@@noizeemama3697 i see 😁😁
If one can't be nutty, then what's the point, eh?
too hard to follow. I know it would be a longer video but you should show an example of each thing you are doing.
