Mike I love your reviews, always so cheerful and insightful... can I suggest one extra rating. "Would I recommend this game for solo play only?". Obviously hard to define exact categories but something like "No","Maybe","Yes" and "It's actually best played solo" would be a suggestion.
0:58 You forgot to mention that terrain hex 1 is the wilds token. I prefer to use the Invader Rock promo tile instead of the base game one you are using. 2:10 Actually on closer reading of the rules the tribe members in the invader board in the right are either the invader meeples or 5 meeples from a 3rd party color, so you really should have used the cardboard invader tokens on the left side instead of the meeples. (I have to go and punch mine out myself). What this means for you is the -1VP kicks in 5 meeples later than for you and the invaders can place 25 members instead of 20 max.
7:20 For move highest, you would first move from the highest numbered hex with Invader meeples (3) to the adjacent highest numbered hex (6) as shown. If hex 6 is filled up to max (5 meeples), you would continue moving from hex 3 to the next highest hex, which would be 5. If you still have more meeples to move you would then go to the next «highest» hex with Invader meeples, which is now hex 2 and move any remaining meeples to the highest hex first, which would be hex 6 first, then to hex 4. So for your 2 meeples from hex 2, one would go to hex 6, filling it to max, and the other would go to hex 4.
Yes!!!! lots more solo content please!!! Thanks Mike

He gave it a 9 for solo play. Seems legit to me.
Awesome, just got the new expansion from the Kickstarter.
Thanks Mike, love your reviews!
Thanks for the review!

Looks good. Got my eye on it as Rise of Tribes (IMHO) is Stone Age for the Modern Gamer.
Seal of Excellence! Awesome!
