Uncle is bare foot, in some such tiny eateries you can hardly walk without chappals it will be so messy around. Hat's off to uncleji for maintaining such cleanliness. Even he himself looks so neat .🙏

In india kitchen is nothing less than a worship place.. Hence all authentic indian houses clean the kitchen as if they clean a pooja room. wearing chappal in kitchen is so unhygienic I think.
Neat and tidy is my first impression too. Also not adding water is the trick as onion with salt releases water. Super sir.

Amazing. I havent ever seen such a tea making apparatus curious to know more ! Will visit next time when in kolhapur. How gentle and sweetly he talks as well.
Hygiene was amazing. Not only the floor but the oil and the brass apparatus for making tea was shining. This means for him his work is his religion. Amazing and I learnt a new thing add only salt no chilli powder no haldi no zeera etc. Simple and delicious will try today.

While uncleji has clean surroundings, he can certainly install a commercial mixer to help him in his work. He just has to weigh his ingredients correctly, or personally do it, if there's a secret recipe. I like the shiny copper boiler for tea making. Thank you for this video.
Commercial mixers change the taste of food.
He can use copper vessels, as per his orders. Or any customized product for making his work easier. We just have to start using mechanised equipment. Like the roti making machines, it is just a matter of making what is required.
@@rajanvarghese2352 you know what the food doesn't taste good when we use Machine.....it's the love which you pour through your hands n the emotions of love while cooking " like I'm cooking for my family/customers" those emotions n love is the secret ingredient of tasty food.
Trust me when I'm telling u this coz I do the same and i never kept a cook ....i cook for my family and kids. And they love it. ......coz i m serving them love not good 😊😊😊

Contamination of food can happen, at any point of production. Therefore, many developed countries mechanise their processes. Let's adopt new technology to make more volume and in good quality and quantity. That's what I wish many people who run catering business, to follow and become successful. There's lot of room for improvement and not stay behind with such rigid practices.

Kanda bhaji was my fav tea time snack and trust me my mom use to shout at me for finishing up all the onions she use to bring. Sadly after parosmia i cannot eat it anymore.
