    Interesante una pregunta yo fui operado de meniscos en la rodilla parte interior, hice terapia cerca de 20 sesiones pero hay momentos que me da incones o punzones en la zona operada pues trabajo parado a veces se adormece y me cuesta caminar a menos que flexione la rodilla lo mismo me pasa cuando estoy sentado tengo que mover antes para poder pararme y caminar bien, mi pregunta es algunos de estos ejercicios lo hice en mi terapia pero por cuanto tiempo es recomendable seguir practicandolo gracias.
