I couldn’t continue listening because of your pronunciation of omakase and sushi. If you’re going to make a video on the topic as someone with knowledge of it then you need to study the correct way to say it. The last syllable has a short /e/ sound/-not long! So it is not “see!” It made me cringe. You’re also putting a
/sh/ sound on the first syllable of “su” in sushi. So I almost immediately had to stop watching your video.

Completely worthless. It was a lot of words that said nothing. Literally everything they said is the same as every sushi restaurant, including the do's and don't's. I have no idea what is different about omikase after watching this.

I didn’t watch the whole video but I heard enough of it to know that he said exactly what omakase is. It means that there’s no specific menu and that you’re leaving it up to the sushi chef to serve you what he thinks is best. In fact, omakase literally means “I leave it up to you” in Japanese.
If you don’t want to do that just order want you want off the menu.

@@Whoopdido777no, he doesn't explicitly say that. If you know what it is, you'll get that from different things that are said, but if you don't know what it is, he isn't clear about it.
