Instead of using a long delay, one can also add a Modulator Output module after Oscillator one and then use that to modulate the phase of oscillator 2. Is there any relevant difference in these two approaches? I mean except for the forced 0.02ms delay of long delay. When I add an additional Long delay before the phase modulation of the Variant with the modulator out, to mimic the same 0.02ms of delay, the result is identical as far as I can tell.
Oh, what a familiar voice! It's nice to see you here Omri, I switched to Bitwig a few days ago and try to implement your VCV-Rack lessons there 😊
Have been watching and building patches with you for years Omri and this is one of my favorite ones. Thank you.
Thanks!
Very cool Omri!
Cheers!
Great content. You are a born teacher.
Thank you!
Nice patch! I'll try it soon. Off-topic: I think there's a typo in the thumbnail ("coPmplex"), but it somehow worked to make me click :P
Thanks! It's fixed now :)
Do you have any videos showing examples of using VST instruments, like violins or guitars, with modulators?
No, for now I'm using mostly native Bitwig devices

I will have to try that, but it sounds like a good approach.
Very nice demonstration. I so wish we could get a Eurorack module that runs the Bitwig grid!
