I had the same problem with office 2013 on the new windows 10 1803, what helped me was just to disable the antivirus :)

if any of the method didn't work then go for the 2010 version and try to install without installing office means install word,execl,powerpoint separatly

I found a solution. you should do a soft reset on your system, which will delete programmes but not your files. i did the factory reset and was able to download it.
