    CHILLI POWDER 3/4 TEASPOON,
    GINGER PASTE 1 TEASPOON,
    GARLIC PASTE 1 TEASPOON,
    YOGURT CURD 1/4 CUP.
    *FOR FRYING THE FISH
    GHEE/ CLARIFIED BUTTER ( 2 TABLE SPOONS ) & OIL ( 2 TABLE SPOONS )
    *FOR THE MASALA
    SHAJEERA - 1/2 TEASPOON,
    CARDAMOMS - 4-6 NOS,
    CLOVES - 4-6 NOS ,
    CUMIN SEEDS - 1/2 TEASPOON,
    FENNEL SEEDS - 3/4 TEASPOON,
    A SMALL PIECE OF CINNAMON STICK ,
    GINGER PASTE 1 TEASPOON,
    GARLIC PASTE 1 TEASPOON,
    ONION - 1 1/2 CUPS ,
    CHILLI POWDER - 1/2 TEASPOON,
    TURMERIC POWDER - 1/2 TEASPOON ,
    CORIANDER POWDER -2 TEASPOON ,
    BIRYANI MASALA POWDER -1/4 TEASPOON,
    TOMATO - 2 MEDIUM SIZED CHOPPED ,
    PRUNES - 5-9 NOS,
    KEWARA WATER - 3/4 TEASPOON,
    ROSE WATER - 1 TEASPOON,
    SALT AS PER TASTE ,
    YOGURT /CURD - 1/2 CUP,
    CILANTRO - CHOPPED 1 CUP,
    PEPPER POWDER - 1/2 TEASPOON ,
    MINT LEAVES - 6-9 NOS,
    *FOR RICE
    2 1/2 CUPS OF BASMATI RICE
    5 CUPS OF WATER,
    1 TEASPOONS OF SHAHI JEERA ,
    5-7 CARDAMOMS ,
    A SMALL PIECE OF CINNAMON STICK,
    4-5 CLOVES,
    SALT,
    GHEE/CLARIED BUTTER - 2 TABLE SPOONS .
    *FOR LAYERING
    1 1/2 CUPS OF CHOPPED CILANTRO,
    1 TABLE SPOON OF GHEE/ CLARIFIED BUTTER ,
    FRIED ONIONS( 3/4 CUP ) & CASHEW NUTS( 1/2 cup ),
    *AND
    HEAVY DUTY ALUMINUM FOIL & AN OVEN PROOF ,7 QUART PAN
