Sounds like the stupid plan was developed by biden. Zelensky & Putin had negotiated a ceasefire agreement in Ukraine, then biden intervened stating there must be a regime change in Russia. The results of that "advice" is a high death toll in Ukraine and destroyed land (including historic buildings) all throughout Ukraine.
