What a day! Join me as I break down my experience of the Struggle Borderlands 100km sportive in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. From relentless climbs and brutal weather to stunning views and nearly getting wiped out by crosswinds on Buttertubs-this ride had it all!
In this video, I’ll share how my training on Zwift prepared me for the event, where it fell short, and what I learned tackling some of the UK's toughest climbs, including Tan Hill, Lamps Moss, and the infamous Buttertubs. Plus, I’ll reflect on what worked, what didn’t, and how I managed to complete the ride in 5 hours and 35 minutes.
