Not the fault of the crowd. Only 30 or so were allowed in and socially distanced throughout the audience. The people that were there were great. I appreciate you standing up for me lol. Thanks for watching!
I stumbled upon this set and was more than pleasantly surprised. Coming from an EAST Coast approach to Stand Up his delivery and persona on stage was so much fun to watch. Turns out he and my dear friend @dobiemaxwell are friends. Dobie is never wrong about comedy!
Rough night. Same routine on Dry Bar had 'em rolling. Problem here was that He didn't take the time to set up his humble Missouri trailer park roots. (Hard to do in the limited time on a talk show.) The audience didn't know where he was coming from with this experience at the nice hotel... This caused the audience to assume that he was just like them, rather than a self-deprecating rube from the Ozarks, which is the foundation of the bit. (Comment is from a fellow self-deprecating rube from the Ozarks.)

Were these "dry" customers? OH I know they are RICH folk, cuz us poor folk totally get what he is saying. Have the same car.. but still laughed cuz I ain't the only one! LOL yep I am country.

I'm assuming either the audience is very small or most of them have seen his dry bar comedy special and were expecting something else. This is a good lesson, never re-do jokes. Always come up with new ones. Like Gabriel Iglesias. o 3o

I'm afraid this group doesn't laugh much. Chad if you ever read this you are a funny man keep up the great work. Most people have no idea how hard being intentionally funny is to accomplish. Your bit about playing board games was so funny because you really find out who people are. I am no genius. I do have a knack for remembering useless facts and history. Plus there is no telling what sticks in my brain. My second ex-wife would want to play Trivial Pursuit every time we visited her folks. You can see where this is going. By the end of the third game which I won alone as by then family honor was at stake and my "wife" showed which side she would take in the event of a showdown. What started out with compliments and laughter, ended in dirty looks and under-the-breath accusations of cheating. It would end with there being 5 of them and one of me sometimes 6 to one if her Sheriff's deputy older brother dropped by. Let's just say no one on her side of the family missed me much when there was a divorce. It is also amazing how many times you do not run into an ex-wife and family in a town of 25,000 people.

I don’t know 🤷♀️ if this is when he mentions Kenny D but I hate Kenny D’s music 🎼 because he just plays randomly around and never actually plays a reckonisable tune. 👎👎👎😖😖😖🤪🤪🤪
I recognized him from seeing him on Drybar. He was extremely funny. Awesome.
Same! Love DryBar and VidAngel!
Yeah this setting doesn't do him right.
His delivery was perfect. And he somehow kept it up despite no one laughing.
I'm sad I can't find more from this guy. Hes amazing
Dry bar comedy has two of his specials
Audience made him work way too hard. He’s awesome.
I agree. The audience was dead 👎
Agree, humorless crowd.
It was funnier on dry bar. Audience makes a difference.
Chad is indeed hilarious.
5:56 ... looks like he got *all of'em* to me!
I love watching stand ups, watching different comedians, and Chad is definitely one of my favorites 😁
Hard crowd. Chad you’re awesome 👌
I love Chad and I watched him on the dry bar comedy he’s an absolutely amazing comedian
I have seen Chad on Dry Bar,that’s why I wanted to watch the video. His shows are hilarious!
Jeeeezus is this crowd dead???? This guy is hilarious!!!
Not the fault of the crowd. Only 30 or so were allowed in and socially distanced throughout the audience. The people that were there were great. I appreciate you standing up for me lol. Thanks for watching!
His Drybar special was great too!
The audience was either very small, or had no sense of humor. Probably both. You killed on DryBar.
Looks like there are 40 people in the audience (at 5:56), and I'll bet they didn't mic the audience.
My favorite comedian, this crowd was awful. I have almost crashed my car from laughing while listening to him.
I was laughing way the hell harder than the crowd watching this video lol
Lol yep I remember him from dry bar comedy.
Super funny comic, even nicer person. That was a tight crowd, but Chad is a funny cat.
Audience sucks. He tells the same jokes at Dry Bar Comedy and he's got the crowd rolling.
Audience was great. Just small due to covid and social distancing. Thanks for defending me. lol
@@ChadThornsberryComedy that explains alot 👍
The thing i like about drybar is it introduces you to people that you never heard of. Some funnier than others
He is Awesome, I watch him on Drybar. And a lot people might know he was a School Teacher.
I watch Dry Bar Comedy all the time
Love ya Chad 👍🏼🤣

This guy is really funny
THIS GUY IS GOOD
This audience was a limp fish, cold and dead. This man is funny! I’ve watched him on DryBar, great comedian!
Ha! Well said and so so true!
Very funny 😀😀😀

That was a tough audience
Believe it or not my aunt really does make 3 rights instead of left turns
That's weird. My aunt does the same thing.
@@dickdanger2235 does she live in Michigan?
That’s a tough audience
The people of this audience have no clue what being poor is like apparently. This set would kill in my home town.
Not the fault of the crowd. Only 30 or so were allowed in and socially distanced throughout the audience. The people that were there were great. I appreciate you standing up for me lol. Thanks for watching!
Audience is way too rich to appreciate his humor

Leavin comment funny good
Do You Believe In God ?
Great Video Thanks.
No
Loved him on Drybar. This crowd must be drugged or something.
Pleased to see a comedy performance without foul language.
nobody laughed :( but he is funny!!!
They didnt laugh much for Jeff Allen either...crazy! Two of the funniest guys and they get crickets😳 Common people!
Not the fault of the crowd. Only 30 or so were allowed in and socially distanced throughout the audience. The people that were there were great. I appreciate you standing up for me lol. Thanks for watching!
because the channel says jukebox, maybe the audience didn't expect comedy on set?
Huckabee needs to get a better audience.
Not the fault of the crowd. Only 30 or so were allowed in and socially distanced throughout the audience. The people that were there were great. I appreciate you standing up for me lol. Thanks for watching!
A bunch of goons who think Huckabee is a serious character but can't seem to laugh at a great comedian. Fun times.
Terrible crowd

THE WORST CROWD EVER!!
This guys a great comedian, despite being too clean and family friendly.
Wow TERRIBLE crowd, and this from a guy who gets perturbed by people howling at every stupid pun.

@@ChadThornsberryComedy no problem Chad. Keep up the good work, you're a funny guy!!
Also, you are a great guy to explain the situation of the audience. Salt of the earth and it comes across. We had good parents :)
@@ChadThornsberryComedy u r too gracious! 🎈
Sounds like a "pretend" rip off. LOL!
The bad audience is why I stopped watching Huckabee.
What a dead crowd! Geeez!
this audience is wack.
Man this crowd doesn't have much of a sense of humor.
Chad's great the crowd sucks

decent material, but what a no-energy dead audience during his routine
Love Chad. Huckabee? Not so much. In fact not at all. In fact I’ll have to give chad a strike for showing up there. Poor management. Yuck
