I’m from japan and we don’t eat our burgers with the rice as the bun, so yh that’s incorrect
In México, we make burgers the same except no pickles and instead we add avocado slices. But hey, every part of the world is different or they were making a burger *inspired* dish.

Gotta love American geography: Mexico, Japan, France, USA, India, and that famous country.... Middle East 🤣. Couldn't even be bothered to attach an actual country to those dishes like Lebanon or Syria or Jordan. Which is probably a reflection of just how "accurate" those burgers were to Middle Eastern cuisine. Let me just say to the LA hipsters that made those burgers, as an Arab, you would get laughed out of any Middle Eastern country if you tried to pass that off as a falafel. Falafels are deep fried spheres of joy that will always be superior to whatever appropriated junk people in the West try to make to pass off as a cheap imitation of it.

I wanted another cheat day cause why not 😂 we both know weight loss or muscle gain is all about calorie deficit. Congrats on your 70lbs weight loss 🦋 that's a huge milestone. I'm looking to gain more muscle.

I’m sorry, but just because you put something on a “bun” doesn’t make it a burger, otherwise it’s a sandwich. Case in point, the first three “burgers” for their Japanese inspired recipes.

Have you traveled outside of your area? 12 hours outside? I have & trust me I say what passes for a hamburger in some places is odd. My hamburger is always a cheeseburger. I make pretzel buns & I add ground sausage. I also make my own spread & pickles. No, I’m not trained. I taught myself.
It’s rather presumptions to show burgers from around the world & not noting the sheer size of of say India. Plus some of them weren’t burgers. Chicken sandwiches aren’t burgers nor are shrimp sandwiches. Cheeseburger is a different thing all together. A tad more research is needed
