I like that you can look back at your teenage thoughts with fondness. Its easy to look back at a journal or a letter to a crush and think, "oh god I wish I hadn't said/written that." I'm glad that your thought record is immortalized in such beautiful songs.
Only been a fan since Dusk, specifically Fever Dream, but I am very excited to listen to revisited version of all these songs. I felt really lucky to have found your music during the pandemic which was such an uncertain time in my life, thank you. It feels odd typing this having first started listening to you before I even started university, and now I'm currently working on my final year dissertation. Your music is incredible and I hope I can see it live one day, please come back to the UK!

I’ve only been into your music for like a year or two but I loved going through your albums and going from the seriousness and sadness plum blossom to the joy, the calmness and readiness for the future radiating from rising, I jumped out of my seat when I read u were revisiting plum blossom! I love the narrative you carry throughout your albums, your songs bring life to a lot of people like me who have gone a long way feeling unheard and like weirdos! I’ve been a fan of your music since I heard “Prom Dress”. I sung it all the time, which made my mom hate the song! Your music is great to study to and just do sometime to! I especially love to listen to you when drawing! In my art class right now we had to draw a black a white drawing of someone, and of course I chose to draw you :) You are the best indie singer I’ve ever heard that I actually like and your so down to earth too! It truly is a perfect revisit to a beautiful EP
I’ve been a fan since I played True Colors and heard your music like songs like In the Darkness, and I’m really happy to see the old songs that I haven’t heard before revisited! I met your music with the song "almost home" from the "dawn" album and i honestly never thought that i would absolutely love your songs, so much that you're one of my most listened artists of Spotify 2023! At my school there was a show and guess what? I sang "almost home"! And everyone loved it so i should thank you for making my experience in that show very fun! I'm listening to more songs like the "dusk" album, rising, and i hope to have more of your music on 2024, Maia, I hope to have you on my most listened artists of Spotify 2024 as well, thank you so much for creating such amazing music, you're honestly going to be my inspiration if i ever decide to be a singer

this is such a wholesome mini-doc. i said it before on your twitter, but when artists revisit older media they have and reflect on it as who they are now; it is such a wonderful thing. as a consumer, being able to not only get a glimpse of how we react to the changes, but how you react to them adds a new level you don't see often. absolutely moving
the entire re-release has me so hyped for the shows in December its going to be so fun!! Proud of Maia and how far she's come!!
