this is such a wholesome mini-doc. i said it before on your twitter, but when artists revisit older media they have and reflect on it as who they are now; it is such a wonderful thing. as a consumer, being able to not only get a glimpse of how we react to the changes, but how you react to them adds a new level you don't see often. absolutely moving
This album has such a huge meaning for me, it made me really get to know Maia, and fall in love with each of her songs. Since then, she has been my biggest inspiration for learning each song on the ukulele!!
You have grown so much as an artist, and seeing you revisit plum blossom has just been amazing - its once juvenility was something that was and still is so important and relatable for me, and seeing it mature with this revisit has shown your growth as an artist, but also maintaining that integrity within the meanings of your songs. It truly is a perfect revisit to a beautiful EP
