Bert is objectively not funny at all. He’s close friends with some of the funniest comedians, but Bert just doesn’t have the delivery or flow. He’s too caught up laughing at his own jokes. It’s pretty cringe.

i actually have no idea if he crapped his pants on stage but my husband has crapped his pants at least 4 times since i've known him so maybe unknowingly that's why i like bert.

Unless it is a soft serve ice cream machine that get stuck in the ON position and ice cream is getting to much for your high friend to balance and the store clerk is noticing the giggling back near the soft serve machine, but I don't think Bert is that kind of machine. Although that does change the meaning of the Russian Mafia story.
