Wish I could see your collection driving around more, but moved to Iowa. My brother has seen your collection around though and loves it! It's cool seeing people so excited about the ferrari mainly because they know they will actually get to enjoy it on the road. The majority of hypercar owners would never let others drive them on the road.
Usually the Italian flag is in the center but some Laferrari owners have different personalized depending what country they are from which is a really nice touch

The pedals and steering wheel dont move to save weight, its so that the seat doesn't have to be mounted on rails and so it allows it to be an inch or two lower to help fit the driver in. Maybe its to save weight too but I know the main reason is so that the seat can sit lower in the car.
Yes, but also weight distribution. If the seat moved forward or backwards it would disrup the near perfect weight distribution of 50/50 front to rear.

The US flag is a custom owner-spec option, done for all laferraris if the ordering customer chose it. I know of one with the Texas flag there actually lol
