Like you, when the weather was good we were out all day with sandwiches made from whatever my Grandma had,something from the garden or homemade jam. We didn't care, we ate anything.
And often we ate our dinner sitting on the doorsteps. (No fancy garden furniture). And like you, we had to go in when we saw the first street light come on. If you broke that rule you had to stay in next day and do chores.
And that😊I did not want😂😂.

The only time we were in the house when I grew up in the 50’s/60’s was if we were sick, cleaning our rooms or eating. We were outside all the time all over the neighborhood…ahhh the good old days. You two on the other hand were more mischievous than we ever were 😂😂😂😂
