Well i found out that Maha Dahkil represents Gary Ross who did Hunger Games. Leslie Siebert who discovered Tobey Maguire and Hayden Christensen. Debbe Klein who brokered the deal for NCIS and Modern Family. Lorrie Bartlett is the first black head of a Agency's Talent department and represents Zoe Saldana and Megan Fox. Sharon Jackson who represents Jonah Hill, Amy Poehler, and Charlie Kaufman. And finally Blair Kohan who represents Seth Rogan and Paul Rudd. Just a little insight

I love all these roundtables. I'm on a marathon on this beautiful Labor Day. Please continue producing them. I like how regardless of what level you are at within the film industry, it all boils down to very very hard work and huge rewards. You get what you put in.

I love the passion for the industry these ladies have. The passion for the clients. It is amazing, looking at their IMDb pages the quality and number of clients they take care of. I know they have a team and all of that, but it is awesome to have any of them as an agent as a goal.

I LOVE the round tables, but I'm glad THR doesn't do the agents roundtable anymore. These women dodged all questions and avoided the actual purpose of these discussions.

I enjoy listening to successful people discuss their commitment to their work. While these women were understandably guarded, considering their field, I garnered a lot of good information and inspiration from what they had to say.

I'm sorry but some of the comments below me are completely infantile. Let's see....you're mad or disappointed because they didn't mention their clients' name and you don't get the inside scoop like a bunch of gossip columnists? You people are part of the problem with society and why it's so dumbed down.
I for one found this refreshing to hear the agents point of view. They kept it professional yet warm- well...Leslie wasn't exactly warm but still professional so...forgiven.

***** child, please. Stop trying to act like you're going to school me on anything cuz I guarantee you that won't happen. Interpretation not necessary, facts below me back me up. So why you're busy trying to position yourself as my intellectual superior, I suggest you do something a little...not a lot...Just a little more productive.

The Question that should have been asked
Actors: How Can we get in front of You or when should we get our video in front you
Aspiring Agents(Assistants,Mail Room etc): How can we get to where you are or how did you get to where you are
    Period.

Great observation about the jobs that most of us do: "Defeats and victories are short-lived. You just keep going." 9:05 Then, at 9:48 "Whether you made a great play or a horrible play, it is about the next play, you move on.... you have to be in the moment."

A study done by entertainment-securities attorney, John W. Cones, finds that 70 - 80 percent of the top three executives in the MPAA studio/distributors are "politically liberal, not very religious Jewish males of European heritage." Given this, why is there such little diversity in the executive ranks when many are calling for more diversity in Hollywood? Could discrimination (cronyism, nepotism and favoritism) in the executive suites be the cause of the lack of diversity at the talent, crew and conglomerate levels? Does a narrowly defined "control group" of executives only green-light movies that appeal to their interests, values, cultural perspectives and prejudices? Is this why Hollywood studios and New York networks are promoting a liberal agenda and suppressing conservatives? Is this why Hollywood is promoting European style- socialism and anti-Christian values? Is this why Hollywood is promoting the Globalist Agenda Trump is working to roll back? MAINSTREAM -- a 4-part mini series NOT "coming to a theater near you" addresses the lack of diversity in Hollywood and its repercussions on a democratic society. These ladies admitted to nothing. I guess they wanted to protect the identities of their clients, but I couldn't listen to this all the way. I mean it wasn't an interview about working women. It was an interview about the agents that represent people in Hollywood and I got nothing about that. Interesting if you want career advice.

These agents are so professional that they are boring. It is like watching Poker on ESPN and not knowing any of the hands. This is, essentially, a video resume for new clients, from a selection culled from THR's Women in Entertainment 2012: Power 100.
That said, I found the lack of posturing and close control of body language to be impressive. I would not want to negotiate with any of them.

Around 30mins I see such an odd, albeit not so odd, self reaffirming of character and experience. Not so much due to competition, but more so as a reaffirmation of living a life that was worth it all. Okay, there was a little competition that got it started. Some tinder without the matches. But I saw relief, and some companionship. Interesting dynamic to see here.

They act like they're part of the creative process - they're dreaming if they think that's true. They're secretaries. Nothing wrong with that, but that's what they are. The art gets done without them. As a writer, I found this a complete waste of time and found no insights.
