For anyone wondering, at 2:54, the song is “Closure” by Stevie Ross feat. VESHZA (did not find an instrumental). I tried Shazaming the song the first time I watched this video, but it wasn’t in anyone’s library/catalogue at the time iSuppose. Went back after LPG hearted my comment and it popped up.

Life doesnt get much better than those 3 lots for $50mill. Ohhh the ideas...
I love Miami too, but that last house isn't worth $50 million by any stretch of the imagination. The painting of the exterior alone needs to be re-done and we haven't gotten to the inside which 9 times out of 10 its dated and requires hella fix up cost which is why they didn't bother showing it.
That property is being sold for the land. The house isn't the selling point.
You made that abundantly clear from the video. Miami is a hot market, no one can deny, but $50 million for a few acres on the water?! WOW! I mean just for a spread of land, that's astronomical. I'm pretty sure the broker/agent comes out pretty nice on that deal and I hope they do if someone figures the land is worth that much. But do you understand you're asking for more than a "brand new" build in Miami? I wish you all the best in the sale, I just hope the deal doesn't go stale because of someone's greed.
