That tree-like description was very interesting. Always hated the bottle design, but the scent really is quite good. Took me a while to warm up to it, but I got there.
It’s always interesting hearing other’s references. I’ve been frag head since the early 2000’s and Voyage smells like early formulations of 212 Men but refined and tamed waaay down. Original Vetiver smelled immediately like soapy Mugler Cologne, and Edition Blanche smelled like Allure Homme and Allure Cologne Sport mixed w a creamsicle 😂.
Love this DNA. I have them both. I find it unique. Maybe not so much the notes, but that sophisticated, signature, airy quality is rare outside of Ellena's creations. Also, it's very underrated and hard to find in retail (especially EDT), so hardly anyone is going to smell like you.
I own this. I bought a small bottle at first and was on the fence about buying the larger bottle. In the end, I bought it. It works well for closeup situations like in the office, airplane or doctor/dentist office visits. You did a really nice and thorough job of describing this fragrance. Well done!
I was afraid of getting a watered down version of this if ordered online, I actually purchased in store and opted for the richer parfum. It’s fresh, rich in citrus complexity and dries down nicely for summer days. However the elegant spicy woody amber notes could even work beautifully during early fall evenings as well. Great review!
It is indeed a masterpiece. It is a more unisex and refined and deep version of Cartier Declaration which is another Jean Claude Ellena classic. Prefer the Parfum over the EDT.
I adore Original Vetiver as well. I think we have the same taste.

Because the bottle is upside down, you need to prime the sprayer before it operates properly.
Just let a few hours pass and the perfume becomes fantastic...
I have Voyage EDT which I enjoy as a more streamlined version of another Jean Claude Elena creation…Declaration EDT.
Yes I’ve heard there’s a similarity!
It could have very well been a Declaration flanker, indeed.
I prefer the fresher Edt as an everyday scent... but they are both nice and refined/subtle... Etc etc

Prefer the Parfum over the EDT.
Wish I saw this review before buying Voyage EDT a few days ago haha. Great review. Totally agree about performance with the EDT
They're both worth owning. EDT is the more ethereal of the two. Wears like a cologne with EDT performance.
Very nice review! I’ve got EDT version. 😄
I got also the note of tè 😁
Amazing scent. I always comment how much I love it. I think it has no performance tho. Never tried EDT, only have Parfum, but i bet its even worse.
You have to like spicy scents to like this, part of the price is paying for the brand.
The atomizer is just awful. You can tell its stubby nature doesn't allow for a nice spray. They cheaped out on that for sure.
Too many ‘uhh’ and ‘umms’. Had to click off.
We are sorry that he couldn't please you your mjesestry😂
