@@aesshlee8222 I wouldn't say that. Maybe I'm not an infj but I like knowing people have that comfort with me, even if a complete stranger. Humans tend to bottle things up and suppress them, so when someone opens up to me about their issues, it makes me feel like I'm helping. Just getting your issues from thoughts to words helps more than you know 😘

As an INFJ, I really felt the pain. Sometimes it becomes hard and overly uncomfortable to listen to someone's issues and you can't even ask them to stop, neither can I show disinterest even if internally I am dying to make them stop. (But that only happens if the topic is not interesting and last for way too long to drains all my social battery)
As an INFJ, I can relate
Maybe just internally separate your ego and self from what you are listening to. If you are really caring and compassionate you can listen without thinking of yourself or even experiencing pain. Just take a deep breath and say: "I'm here to help". Listen with your heart. It is a great spiritual gift and opportunity to help and heal someone else. They came to you, surely you can give kindness to a fellow human being.
@@thesilversurfer7136 This is true and yet what happens with me is I just absorb their energy (often negativity, if they are ranting) so mentally I can do this, or even be in a space to feel love, but then I just come away from it feeling awful if it goes on too long and don't know why. Usually because I absorbed too much, and it just happened automatically.

It was there merely to observe but I felt less alone as it briefly reminded me of how trapped I am within human experience and that one day I would return home.

As an ISTP, I love how he adds the bit about not telling them how to run their own ship. I hate it when people tell me how to live, do projects, etc. And so I extend that courtesy to others and usually let people use their own methods even if I think they’re kinda subpar ways of doing stuff. (Unless their incompetence is directly affecting me in a negative way.)

Unless we want to question the evidence of our senses we can go with the light of consciousness is true and the sensory input is true and there seems to be a consistent set of laws of cause and effect. From there we can deal with argumentation ethics and say that you are a being outside of myself and if I argue with you I am recognizing that you as a separate conscious being are worthy of at least as much respect or reverence as it takes to not violently subject you to my will therefore I recognize your right to control over your body and your responsibility for the results of your actions positive and negative which then brings us to property...

So like do you have super powers” and then be like Super excited about going on an epic space adventure. Also maybe burst into song.
