Em’s adopted daughter Alaina got married recently. His daughter Hailie is engaged and has a podcast called A Little Shady. Both seem to be doing very well.
Alaina is Kim's twin sister's daughter. He adopted her becasue Kim's sister was strung out on drugs. Kim also had a daughter with another man,her name is Whitney. Em adopted her as well. So he has 1 biological daughter, Hailie, and two adopted daughters.
To say kim and him had a falling out is putting it mildly. They have married and divorced each other twice

Kim got into drugs around the time eminem got famous, their relationship suffered because of his fame. She was sentenced to prison for a year or so for breakign some sort of court ordered drug rehabilitation thing
As for the children Hallie is eminem and kims biological daughter, Elaina is kims sisters daughter who he adopted to get her out of her household. kims sister and husband were drug users, kims sister died i believe. He also adopted kims child she had with another man. I believe he also got guardianship of his own step brother due to his mothers issues too.

Ok so I’ve followed Eminem since the beginning Haley is his daughter and Lanie he adopted from his exes side of the family and has custody of or had her and Haley are both now adults over 24 or more and as far as his wife Kim she was in jail for like 30-60 days only for substance abuse I believe.. Since Mockingbird they’ve moved on it’s all a thing of the Past… last but not least and not a lot of people know so I’m letting u in on something only true fans know..
