That's how we had to be and we had to raise our girls to be strong and not let anybody walk over you so don't cry you had to raise them like our fathers raised .Evan though they was not around messed up huh I had to steal for my kids to eat and Christmas but that's all good made my girls strong

Losing someone at a young age is a curse. I developed an unhealthy amount of subconscious rage towards my father for not being there, and I blamed him for dying without realizing it. My life suffered because of the way I allowed these feelings to affect my treatment of others and myself. It wasn’t until I started (therapy and) listening to Em again for the first time in like 10+ years that I could finally relate to my dad on some level and begin forgiving him. Life is tough… Not everyone handles it well.
One thing i notice eventhough he and Kim didn't have the happiest relationship he didn't deny how Kim really made an effort to be the best mom she could be.
