Men can cry. It's dumb anyone would say that you shouldn't as a man. Think of what people go through to do their best at something. So many people don't get acknowledged for what they do. I watched this man play college ball and then pros. He is the best and is being commended for being the best and he knows the feats that helped make him the best. I cried because of that. Much love to Larry Allen and his family...I've seen this 3 times and cried each time. Congrats Larry!
Takes strength for a man to cry publicly because of that flawed way of thinking; especially if he rarely does it. Theres plenty of reasons or instances when its ok for a man to cry. I cried like a baby at my little brother's funeral. A man can cry when his child is born, at his daughter's wedding, if he gets drafted into a professional sport's league, goes into their hall of fame, if a loved one passes away, etc.
@@joshuatraffanstedt2695 As a 65 year old retired Marine, I agree it’s OK for a guy to cry in public, although I HATE doing it. The last time I bawled in public was on an aircraft, when my mom was dying and I was coming from S. Korea all the way to Naw ‘Leans, then I had to take a cab from NO to Biloxi, MS. But even though I got the Naval Message 4 days late and it said she was dead by the time I got it, I just KNEW she wasn’t dead. And sure enough, she was hanging on, in extreme pain and looking nothing like my mother, by the time I got there. That was 45 years ago, when I was 20. My strong emotions are something I’ve had to work on all my life and I had pretty good control of them (esp. my temper) until I started having problems with my upper back and neck. Nothing I tried worked, so my Pain Management Specialist gave me Gabapentin, which works great! But it has one HUGE side effect, it makes me MORE emotional! So now I REALLY have to watch myself in public. I can’t watch a normal movie that might be sad or sentimental, because I start crying. It’s extremely frustrating and embarrassing! Sorry this was so long!

I can attest to his natural strength because I was his workout partner at SSU. I was his first workout because he never lifted before fall of 1993 but was naturally squatting 600 for reps and benching 405 for reps all on his first lifts!
