As far as hygiene is Concerned, the Bangladeshi Food Making Process is the best in the whole South Asia. Find out by yourself. Because They think being Clean and Tidy for food has a religious and health benefit ..

It's not really true. When it comes to homefood yes it's true. But street food is the same as india. Not so hygienic. Nobody can fight me cause I have been living in Bangladesh all my life.

@@muniaisworthituntill u've been to both the countries yourself, I'm afraid u're not being accurate with that info. The street foods this video is showing are quite alot hygienic compared to India. Bt ur not wring that Bangladeshi street food also lack hygienic at many points. Yet, In bangladesh You have the choice to go to a vendor who is selling street foods like fuchka, chotpoti with an unhygienic environment or u may go to another vendor who's selling the same with comparatively way more hygienic environment around. In india this option is way limited for you, either u resist the temptations of street foods or u compromise ur health. U'r not absolutely wrong bt partially 👍
@@glorybetoalmighty9698 I'd love it if you mentioned which street food in Bangladesh is more hygienic?

Bro I've Seen So Many Indias Are Disrespectful To Other Countries When They Should Appreciate That Bangladesh Are Growing And Developing Their Country Very Well. so I'm Gonna Go With Bangladesh 🇹🇭❤🇧🇩

Thats why none of their neighbours like them. They are really disrespectful.
Thank you dear ❤. This is not only with us but also with all their neighbors they do it but they precisely do it more with Bangladesh, Pakistan, Maldives or other Islamic countries. It's due to growing fanaticism in that country. We neighbors are habituated with their this type of attitude actually 😅
I'm a South American and I've in Bangladesh for 3 weeks. I also visited India and I've seen that Bangladeshi cuisines are more hygienic, tempting and tasty than Indian cuisines.

Bangladeshi foods are delicious.🤤🤤
Bangladeshi cuisine can easily be on top of the world cuisine list
But sometimes i feel sad because we don't really have a lot of people to represent our food we are underrated. Even chicken tikka was also invented by a bangladeshi but now it's called "Indian" they labelled it as their😢😢😢
Yup u r right😭
Soooo true
Please develop your knowledge. What you’re saying is one of the certainty of its origin. There are many origin stories of Chicken Tikka Masala. The origin of the dish is not certain.
What? I am knowning this now that tikka is Bangladeshi cuisine
@@farjanaakter6255bro bangladesh🇧🇩 is a new country but in past Bangladesh was a province of India 🇮🇳but in 1905 the Britishers divided Bangladesh into two province . But after Independence ( 1947) India 🇮🇳was divided into two countries Pakistan and India. Pakistan got Bangladesh which was known as east Pakistan but pakistani people and their army started to discriminate and torture Bangladeshi people so they started to migrate in India🇮🇳 so our Indian government decided to help Bangladesh we fought for these ungrateful people we faced many problems for their independence . After the war of 1971 Bangladesh was born . So Bangladeshi cuisine is a mix of West / north Indian cuisine with a touch of middle Eastern cuisine with our Indian Bengali food. Bro , Bengal is not only means the Bangladesh. In 1947 Bengal divided into two parts West Bengal and East Bengal. East Bengal is letter known as Bangladesh and now West Bengal is a state of India. So , we people from West Bengal have the same culture, history, food as the Bangladesh.

Kacchi biriyani is the best food in Bangladesh and trust me, it’s far better than those of India and Pakistan.
Another delicacy of our country is pitha (mostly sweet snacks, prepared only during winter). We have lots of delicious pithas like Vapa pitha, Patishapta, chitoi pitha with duck curry and so forth.
I agree many of our street foods are actually originated from India and India has vast collections of different foods.
Bhai, kacchi biryani was developed by Hyderabadis who migrated to Bangladesh in 1948. The spice Kacchi biryani is according to Bangladeshi taste but the technic is Hyderabadi. Same way handi meat was introduced by Biharis who migrated to Bangladesh.
@@nazmulbhuiyan1982 yes, it’s true. Mughals are the inventors. I’ve been in Hyderabad and tasted their kacchi. But maybe our tastebuds are better suited for Bangladeshi ones.
@@ashrafchowdhury2477 Hyderabadis who settled in Bangladesh understood and perhaps appreciated the Bangladeshi palate, hence they didn’t want to introduce Kacchi biryani in Hyderabadi flavour. Good things emerged from fusion of cultures. A lot of people in BD might not know the last Nawabs of Dhaka were from Kashmir and it is during their arrival that we got bakarkhani from Kashmir.
@@ashrafchowdhury2477 Mughals brought us samosa, and they brought meat polow which was further developed by rulers of Awadh, who were from Iran. The rulers of Awadh brought shami kabab but once in India they developed many dishes, including the murgh polow that we eat in Bangladesh. The Hyderabadi biryani is influenced by Yemenis. Yemenis also brought murtabak during Mughal rule, which we call mughlai paratha in Bangladesh.

In only Bangladesh, you can find Pakistani style food and also Indian style food !! You also find our very own authentic Bangladeshi food ! That's mean you find every kind of shout Asian food in our Bangladesh!
I live in Canada and lived in the USSR for 48 years and always missed the natural taste of vegetables of Bangladesh, which I ate in the 60s and 70s and 2 years in the 80s. Cabbage, Cauliflower, and Eggplant for example in Europe and North America are almost tasteless and have no flavor, but you can eat raw cabbage or cauliflower in Bangladesh that has grown on soil without fertilizer is so tasty when you cook it with simple spices, but now it has changed, and the use of fertilizer and other pest control poisons. Vegetables are mostly cooked with Cumin, for color Turmeric powder or paste from the fresh one, ginger, and mustard seeds battered on stone with some bay leaves and sometimes added Cilantro(no Garam Massalla even). Onion and garlic must be in any dish. Bangladeshi consume so much onion that has to import mostly from India and other countries(10-20% imports). Bangladesh can grow enough onions, but in rainy season or other time difficult to preserve them.
Imports In 2022, Bangladesh imported $181M in Onions, becoming the 11th largest importer of Onions in the world. In the same year, Onions was the 93rd most imported product in Bangladesh. Bangladesh imports Onions primarily from: India ($145M), China ($31.2M), Turkey ($4.08M), Burma ($1.15M), and New Zealand ($43.1k).
BD vs India...BD's cuisine is waaay more flavourful... nota gonna lie...

Hello there, here in Portugal ( AZORES) we have a traditional dish that looks like that in the clay... the diference is some of the ingredients, and our pot is half open , but instead of we use it iside a wood oven to get extra flavour.. its called " Alcatra Regional". Created in Terceira Island, used in other island too.
There is a word in Bengali called Alcatra, it a nour for "coal-tar" or "pitch" tar. Like the kind of tar used for paving pitched roads. Im am willing to bet both words Etymology would point Arabic being the sourcr and both possibly derived from a common mean in Arabic.
Does Alcatra have any meaning in Portugese or is purely a noun for a region or regional dish?
