My one true love, Potters Pink! I love any dusty color but this one stole my heart the first time we met. It's beautiful straight up but it's my favorite mixing pigment for granulation and color separation.
I have never been all that big on pink (I keep a couple in my pallet for mixing fun purples), but I just can't help but love potter's pink for it's earthiness! I actually used it by itself for a background of a Luna moth painting I did once. I played around with the granulation and managed to make it look like the insect had been mounted on a velvet background! Sort of, anyway.
Aww, it's gorgeous! I can see why it's endured through the ages
This is my favorite pink color! It is earthy, dusty, natural, and reminds me of terra cotta pots and tea roses. So beautiful.
First!

Thank you, potters pink is such a lovely, subtle granulating pigment and makes interesting mixes, one of my favourites.⭐

1. It's a lovely earthy pink.
2. Why hasn't Potter's Pink been in acrylic or oil paint for yet? 🤔
Oh that’s a good one! 🧐
