Love these projects! You might know this already but this tip blew my mind. Hold your nail gun the other way like parallel with the line rather than perpendicular. Nails still go Into the wood when they deflect. Changed my world.
The 36" shels is going to have an exceedable shear lod limit due to those screws. Lag screws would be a better choice and slotted in to a dado housing.
A seemingly never ending stream of orders for an item is a very good indicator that you're likely not charging enough. You may want to consider increasing your prices (not drastically, of course) until the orders start to taper off. Just some unsolicited advice from a random guy on the Tubes of You.
You don't need to tighten your router bit that tight. You are also routing in the wrong direction. Always go against the rotation of the bit. You are climb cutting and that's dangerous. Keep your left hand off the stock when you are ripping that close to the blade .
I'm fairly certain the direction that i am moving the material is correct. any video I've ever seen they are going the same way that i am..? as for the hand thing, your not wrong... but id rather have two hands on the material vs 1. but a push block would probably be safer
I looked at your Tool List...You are not that Broke.....I dont have most of that. Id love a Planer, Palm Router, etc. I do have a Cheap Menards Router and Table tho, lol
How about showing what you charge for these projects.

Well, I can say they have been up for approximately 4 maybe 5 months, with loaded jars. Still holding, no sag :)

Watched a few vids. As your 512th subscriber I encourage to do more mom comments.
And as your mom was the 511th comment, she encouraged me to do more of her. Your welcome son.
How was the favour? Worth?
Definitely worth

I do have a fair bit of tools... but that's because I spent pretty well every extra dime on tools. So most of the time.. im broke lol
Favors won’t let you buy another woodpecker tool. $$$ expensive tools.
Where are you selling your work on Facebook? I have never had much luck on FB
Yea, just fb
Always get a deposit! Favors don’t pay the bills! Favors don’t feed the kids! On the other hand- your wife has good classic design taste!
That's very good advice! And she does indeed
What was the favor offered? I missed it if it was said. Hawk tuah?
How about not having to hear about how broke you are?
It Is part of the joke
Have your wife answer the favor question.
Yea.. lol it didn't go over well
@@NewSummitWoodWorking I bet it didn't!
Did your wife hold the girls hair back while you got the favor? Does your wife know you talk about going er in other wife's or moms?
