Really like it Roger! Great design! Can see how it would be a help within a commercial environment and make a difference to the users vacuuming experience
You got a good deal Amazon are not selling it now direct but marketplace seller is selling it for £226! It's a great design for hotels for cleaning public areas where you need a few bits for wiping around tables etc too. I think the foreign plug is on it because it seemed to be mainly sold in France from what I can see online.
I see this Henry as being good for the home too. The carrying handle and large wheels would make carrying up and down stairs much easier than carrying completely in the hands. The box would be handy too for polish and dusters etc. As long as you have a decent sized storage cupboard then you're good with this.
I bought this a few months ago for just over £100. It's one of Henry's big siblings with a two speed motor and a built in trolley for easy movement. Details below from Numatic's website: An innovative vacuum design providing ease of handling and the total convenience of lift-off storage for all the cleaning essentials. Using the optional extra caddy (red, blue, green or yellow) the PPT can accommodate even more storage. The unique plugged cable rewind system allows simple cable replacement if needed. HepaFlo filtration not only raises performance standards but also provides for clean and convenient emptying when full. • 12.5 Metre Cable - Professional specification cable rewind system. • TriTex Filtration System - Improves filtration, cleanliness and capacity. • Trolley Design - Lift off storage caddy with the option of adding a second. Telescopic handle for ease of transit and compact storage. • On the Move - Large rear wheels provide stability and ease of transport on stairways. • Plugged Mains Cable - Cable replacement is quick and easy if required. • Convenient, on-board wand and floor-tool storage. • HepaFlo - Easy to change high efficiency HepaFlo bags. • A Tool For Every Job - Full accessory kit AS1 with stainless steel tube set. • Energy Efficient - A rated.
Very interesting tub-sucker, Roger! Love the tool caddy. Reminds me how much I miss the old tool carriers that cylinder cleaner makers used to provide with their machines. We can’t even buy one as an optional accessory anymore. Would be nice if Miele and Sebo and TTI and Dyson started to offer a nice plastic carrying case that would store all the tools and attachments and filters and bags. I can dream, can’t I?
Yes, of course this is a German or European two pinned plug. The people of Switzerland have got a three pinned plug, which looks basically the same as the German with another pin in the middle.
Thanks for letting me know. Did the scuffs on the top polish out? I wonder if someone had it upside down on a rough surface. Love your videos, and your new kitchen floor is so elegant! Classy as I would expect.
Yes, a bit of Autoglym car polish disgused the scuffs. The new kitchen floor replaced a very thin cheap vinyl that used to stick to the nozzles of various vacuums, but this Amtico floor is much more durable.
Only on the French version with the stick out pin in the socket for earthing, the german version with top/bottom schultzkontact can go in either way round, i.e. un-polarized. Usually earthed devices are sold with a 7/7 german French hybrid plug as that will work for most of Europe, esp. as some countries are starting to switch over from their local standards where possible as it makes things a lot easier.
hi roger i was wondering would it be good for saw dust after drilling and jigsawing like in a workshop cos someone told me there better then the ones that you have a cylinder hoover that you dont need to keep emptying it every day but im not sure that is why i wont you to answer it
Yes it could be used as a workshop vac, but you can get some workshop vacuums that incorporate a socket for a power tool and can connect directly to the tool to remove the dust as you are sanding or cutting wood.
They had on of them in my infant school and at the end of everyday at school the cleaner would take me around the school to do the hoovering with her lol
Very easy to replace the power cable. Video on how to do it below and link to product. ua-cam.com/video/HWpqDqRIhog/v-deo.html www.anderson-trade.co.uk/numatic-236155-ppr-plug-in-cable-assembly

You could always buy a lovely pink apron with a front pouch to keep all your nic naks in.🙂
@@ibaisaic I have a hectic air ram at my nannies house
Hi
Yes, of course this is a German or European two pinned plug. The people of Switzerland have got a three pinned plug, which looks basically the same as the German with another pin in the middle.
Recently purchased a Henry - Thanks to ibaisaic
I should have guessed that! Thanks! 😊
I didn't know that myself until I opened my Numatic Jack which is based on a commercial model. That one only had one bag too.
Built in 2015, that has been stored for quite a while.
A bag check indicater would come in handy if it could be incorporated into the new models.
Even better, a talking Henry that could actually say when he need his belly emptied.
ibaisaic nice one. That would make it more human that's for sure. I'm fed up lifting up his head to see if he's full up yet.
I want this for my self 😍
nice new henry hoover trolley from numatic ha ha ha
At 30:19 you said that and my Henry when I rewind it it's scrapes and screeches lol
You can cut off the euro plug and replace it with a rewirable UK plug with a 13A fuse
It’s my 14th birthday today (when this was uploaded) and I got a Hetty
Hi. Enjoyed as all your videos are, but I only noticed one bag, so no extras then?
No, the commercial versions don't come with any extra bags.
Are the Numatics for the UK something like how we have Shop-Vac's in the USA?
First time ever I’ve seen this model
Have you done a video for Henry cordless

Can you do a demo of the Henry trolley. Please and thank you
The shorter one is the taller ones little brother
With them 2 pin plugs, if they have an earthing strip they have to go in a certain way I believe

It’s definitely worse for day to day use then a Kirby, because I DO use a kirby every day. lol
Roger are you going to get any vintage numatics?
Bit of an oldie now.Probs sat in the warehouse for months on end

Hello ibaisaic, I have a question. What camera do you use to film the videos ?
This one was probably filmed using my old HD camcorder, but recent videos are either filmed with a Canon DSLR or a Sony 4K camcorder.
Okay, thank you. What was your old camcorder ?
Hey Roger! How is your day?
Fine thankyou.🙂
I like your hoover, s

Can you get it from any high street shops roger 👍🏻
Not as far as I know, but it's available or at least the latest version, from a few places online.

They look like nice machines but the motors sound very small compared to Rainbow or Kirby.
So are the prices! Suction power of Henry is great
Hi ibaisiac or how you spell it
These are heavy and two fixed wheels makes them terrible to pull around.
